Our host was available through text which I found convenient. The location was excellent, close to the center of downtown Gatlinburg, and fairly close to Pigeon Forge as well.

This is an amazing place to stay, offering a range of thoughtful amenities and fun décor that truly help guests connect with the Smoky Mountains. It is conveniently close to downtown, yet high enough to offer fabulous views. The hosts were also very proactive and responsive in their communication.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was great. My wife absolutely loved everything and loved the floodplain. Already planning a return trip in April next year and bringing the whole family.

Cabin was nice and cozy, kids had an excellent time. We loved all the games! We even got to see some bears that seem to have a pathway by the property.

Great location. Close enough to Gatlingburg but far enough away to get away. Very cozy cabin with a nice view. Hot tub was clean and felt great after hiking all day. Host's were great with communicstion and very accesible. Was nice to have an EV charger to keep the car charged and ready for the drive home.

The home was absolutely great! The main level was beautifully maintained and the downstairs area was perfect! We even saw two bear cubs playing in the lot beside us—what a sight!

Beautiful cabin! Very clean! Cabin was easily accessible by paved roads (kind of steep at points but not one lane). Kids enjoyed the foosball table and games.
