We loved our stay here as we visited several places north of Atlanta. The property was well kept and very well organized, with a lot of thought given to the convenience of guests. Dale was a great host: easy to communicate with and fast to respond to any questions.

This house was perfect! In town for baseball tournament and it met every need. The house was so clean, organized and everything was fully stocked. Excellent communication for any questions. Our family had the best time and felt right at home! The pool was a great bonus after a day at the ball field. This home was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in! Short drive to Lakepoint, restaurants and shopping. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This was the cleanest, most organized property I have ever stayed at! The owner has truly thought of everything. Instructions were thorough and everything was labeled! Home was roomy, clean and convenient. It had everything we needed! The price is equivalent to a hotel but with way more space for my family of 4. I would stay here again anytime!

We like everything about our stay. What ever you possible need is provided at the house. You see the hard work and thoughtfulness the owners have put into this house. We came to Cartersville due to my son's soccer tournament. The house is very convenient to all the soccer fields. Don't be confused about the parking, it is very accessible.

We loved this location so much! It was the perfect home away from home for the week. Everything was maintained, clean, well stocked and the perfect layout for our family of 5. Extra linens, towels, cookware and utensils were all in excellent shape and available for use. We cook most of our meals when we travel, so having a fully functioning kitchen was a plus. The pool was close to our house. Our boys enjoyed it. We met several neighbors while swimming who were all friendly. Access to the garage was a huge bonus with it being so hot, to park in. Our boys brought their electric scooters, so it was a convenient place to store them also. We felt very safe and loved the location in relation to the surrounding area. The front porch has comfortable chairs that we enjoyed having morning coffee and relaxing at night. Dale was extremely prompt in replying with the minimal communication needed. We appreciated his oversight and attention to detail of this home. All areas were labeled and easy to find items we needed. Snacks were left for our boys. We all loved it and will definitely be staying here again!

Overall experience was like staying at your own home. Very comfortable and everything was immaculate. They had everything covered AND beyond. Our family will stay again and recommend others to stay there, too. Not to forget, the host was always available if you needed any questions answered.

Dale's home was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect place to stay. It definitely was a home away from home!Super clean and all the amenities you could need! Our boys loved the little snacks & waters, while my husband enjoyed the coffee. He had all the soaps for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry available. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Iron and board were available. Several hangers in each bedroom with large closets. Lots of towels (bath & pool) and several places to hang towels in bathrooms and laundry room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking pots/pans. Bedrooms, living room and porches were all cozy and comfortable spaces. The pool was relaxing and just steps away. The neighborhood was quite and clean. Boys enjoyed the large open grassy area to toss ball. Bonus- the garage was available to use to keep the car cool from the heat- super nice! We definitely would stay here again!
