GUEST ACCESS:

• You have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered yard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the private hot tub overlooking Grand Lake, relax on the deck or just cozy up inside the newly renovated home.

• Guests will not have access to the garage.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


LOCATION:

• Small quiet neighborhood, most neighbors live in the neighborhood full time. Please respect our neighbors and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

• 7 minutes from downtown Grove so easy access to grocery stores and shopping.

• Garage is not available to guests.

• We do have a good sized flat driveway. It will fit 4 vehicles or up to 2 vehicles with trailers


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

• Although the property is lakefront, there is no access to the lake. Care should be taken with small children since there isn't a fence, and yard is open to the bluff/lake below.

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and ready for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
