This 3 bedrm, 2.5 bathrm and fenced in backyard centrally located to everything

Good morning, thank you so much for staying with me and I am happy you enjoyed your stay. I appreciated you taking good care of my home, including taking the trash out!!!

I just purchased this home and put it on VRBO and other platforms immediately. I was able to rent it immediately to 3 different guests and all gave 5 stars, not one guest complained of roaches or infection. I was there myself 3 days before they came did not see any infection. When they informed me at 10:50 at night they said they saw 1 roach and I offered to send my exterminator out there asap. They said that they were leaving in the morning because I guess their furniture arrived at their new house they purchased in the area. They moved from Connecticut and I ask them if they saw one roach in their new home, would they move out and they said yes. I offered to pay them for the days they stayed but they communicated with the platform that they wanted 90 % back. I couldn’t justify 90% refund for seeing 1 roach. I sent a letter from my exterminator stating there was not infestation. When we arrived at the house after they were there for 3 days all the furniture inside and out was altered. They moved large pieces of furniture from one room to another. There are people staying there currently and I have not heard anyone say they see any bugs or infestation of roaches. They made up the story because they wanted out of the contract. I sent lots of proof to VRBO receiving 5 stars and a letter from the exterminator company. All the years I have been a host thank God I have not had to deal with people like this.
