We enjoyed our stay. The condo is really spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing. I really appreciated that there were beach chairs in the hall closet for our use and that the bedroom closets were roomy with lots of hangers. We had plenty of towels and the place was nice and clean upon arrival. We discovered the morning after arrival that the coffee pot was not working properly. I messaged the property manager and a replacement was delivered immediately. The only reason this condo did not earn 5 stars is that it is a bit "worn". It could just use a bit of sprucing up by a handyman. However, it is still a good value with easy check in, good communication, and comfortable accomodations.

Very nice condo, wonderful ocean view, convenient to eateries. Only issue when putting dishes away I found a handgun in the cupboard. Called a contact, he notified the police and they came and got the gun.

Thank you for the great review. We're glad you enjoyed the condo, the ocean view, and the convenient location. We're very sorry you found a handgun in the cupboard — guest safety is a top priority. We're reviewing our cleaning and inspection procedures to prevent this from happening again and are relieved local authorities were able to respond and remove the weapon. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit.

Pros: close to the beach, right off the elevator, washer/dryer, plenty of towels. Cons: parking spots are small, front door falling apart, one of the balcony doors coming apart, rust everywhere, shower head does not move, holes in bedroom, garbage disposal and dishwasher smelt horrid.

Thank you for your feedback about Edgewater Windward 504. I’m very sorry these issues impacted your stay — that is not the standard we expect. I’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping team for an immediate deep clean to address the odors in the dishwasher and garbage disposal and to check for rust and general cleanliness. I’ve also escalated the maintenance items: secure/replace the front door, repair the balcony door, fix the shower head so it moves properly, patch the holes in the bedroom, and inspect and address rust on affected fixtures. Regarding the tight parking spots, we’ll review the listing details and on-site parking procedures to set proper expectations for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will follow up via Vrbo messages about the resolution and any appropriate compensation. Team BBG
