Karen was a great host. She was very communicative and helpful when we had questions. It was a beautiful property with a wonderful view of the Gulf. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was amazing and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Condo was very nice and clean. Checking in and out was a breeze and Karen was a very good host(checking in with us and making sure everything was good) easy to talk to very responsive to all messages, view was amazing and being on the 3rd floor was very convenient to amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Great view. Was exactly what we wanted for our getaway/baseball trip. Communication with Karen was smooth and easy. We were even able to get into the condo earlier than expected.

We had an amazing stay at this beach vacation rental! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing.Karen was wonderful to work with and made the entire process easy from start to finish. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Karen was wonderful throughout our stay. Her condo was beautiful and the complex itself was great. Clean condo, beautiful view, wonderful soft sandy beach, beach chairs and a few shops and donut/pizza place to walk to nearby but still on the quieter end of the beach. We will definitely be retuning if we come back to PCB. Thank you!

Karen was a great host! She gave us lots of information about the resort and the unit that made everything go smoothly for our trip. We loved this unit. It was clean and tidy. We loved everything about it!

This condo was just perfect for our beach vacation. The location was so convenient and the 3rd floor view was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Everything was so clean and cozy. We especially loved that our car was in the parking garage and it was so easy to get to our room. We will be back! Lovely condo owners who communicated every step of the way.

Great place to stay. Owner very easy to communicate with.

The owner is very communicative. Ease of checking in was great and property clean. Beautiful view of the beach. It had everything we needed during our stay.

This rental is the best we have stayed at in all the years we have rented in PCB! Karen made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and also checked in throughout our trip and our day of departure. I couldn’t recommend this rental or property owners enough!

Wonderful stay with an even better view

Family and I rented over spring break and the property was perfect. Even with the weather being a little chilly, the property and location were a delight. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets.

Wonderful unit. Very clean and furnished with everything you need. Great location. Quiet but convenient to anything you want. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended and hope to stay in same unit around same time again next year.

Amazing amazing amazing! The location, the views, the condo and our host Karen were all great. We loved the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning just steps from the condo right on the beach. Don’t sleep on this one folks!

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at Karen’s place. It was clean and beautiful. Being able to look out the living room with views of the ocean was very relaxing. Karen communicated well with us and with no issue. Would recommend this place 100%.

Great stay

This was a great quiet getaway. One of the best up kept and up to date clean condos we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. Karen the owner was great. Communication with her was great and she made sure our stay was the best. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed

Beautiful Location On The Beach

Perfect location on a quiet area of the beach away from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was exactly as described. The view from the balcony is amazing! Highly recommend.
