We liked it very much. You do not have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas because this unit has them. Just take care of them and everyone can us them. Host was awesome.

the condo was amazing. very beautiful, had everything we needed. loved to wake up and look out the balcony and see the ocean. our hosts were easy to work with. we would like to come back next year at the same time. thank you

We really enjoyed the condo itself. It was spacious, clean, updated, pet friendly, and the beach access was great. Check-in was very easy, and the host was fairly responsive.Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The condo had a strong musty smell, and we ended up washing the towels and linens ourselves to try to help with it. There was also a noticeable smell of urine on the balcony and the smell of weed every night. There were very few basic supplies provided, so we had to purchase garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and Kleenex.The biggest issue was the doors. The main door would not lock, and the sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock either. Because we had our dog with us and couldn’t safely leave the condo unsecured, we were unable to leave the condo for most of the following day. After several hours of communication, a charger was finally brought for the main door lock, but it took hours to charge and the lock wasn’t usable until that evening.We really liked the space, location, and beach access, but the odor, lack of basic supplies, and especially the security issues with the doors made the stay more frustrating than it should have been. Hopefully these things can be addressed because otherwise it is a really nice condo.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was spotless and plenty of room to relax and enjoy!

We had a wonderful trip and the condo was perfect for our family. With the east beach access, two pools, tiki bar and live music, we never had a dull moment. We will definitely rent again!

Rental was clean and staff was very nice. The other guest where super polite and we really love the location.

loved are stay only thing I would suggest is maybe have some cleaning supplies on hand other than that everything was great we will for sure be back

Nice Condo

The condo is nice and spacious with a very large balcony. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Much Needed Getaway

Decided last minute to take a trip to PBC with our Frenchie. Not very many places take pets. There was one place left on the beach at Grand Panama. Worked with Mitch at Warren and booked our unit same day. The condo was clean and nice. The view from the balcony is perfect! Had all the amenities! Beds were comfy! Easy check in and out! Would stay again!

We just wanted a week getaway with a beautiful view and this fit the bill.

Easy to rent. Friendly guests. Clean place. The kitchen does have dishes but pretty bare minimum. Bed was super comfy and loved the rain shower.

1508 Grand Panama was a home run. Clean, comfortable, outstanding views, and the unit looks just like the photos, so you can rent this unit with absolute confidence. WBR was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Grand Panama

Short stay, nice area, clean. Only downfall, had an elevator down, long waits and this wasn't even "busy" season. If it had been busier it would have not been feasible. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful and Clean.

The condo was clean and so much fun. The views from the balcony were incredible. The balcony is much larger than we thought from the photos. Lovely property. Matt the property manager with Warren Beach Rentals was so polite and helpful.

Superior Experience. 5 Stars. Exceptional Quality and Service

Spent a week in Grand Panama 1508 and our family loved the place. The condo looks exactly as pictured and is adorable. Everything in the unit looks great, was exceptionally well curated and we were able to prepare many of the meals for the kids in the condo that saved a ton of time and money. Great amenities and beach access. Warren Beach Rentals staff was exceptional. The unit was fresh and clean upon arrival and they made the entire process stress free. Thank you for a great stay.

The kitchen supplies were sparse. No basic condiments including pepper. No colander or pantry. No basic condiments like sugar or ketchup. Previous places have much more basic stuff. Lots of pot smoking so balcony time was limited. Not a lot of eating places within walking distance. Beautiful condo.

Great property, a little smaller than it looks

The parking garage and outdoor parking was great, there is a pedestrian walk over on 5th floor so that is great. This condo is SMALL! Yes we fit but there really wasn't enough seating. There are 3 elevators and that's not enough for peak time. Also some one kept pulling the fire alarm and the fire dept had to come out nearly every day to do their thing. The pool is great, the beach was wonderful, yes there are loungers available to rent on the beach. All in all, we'd probably stay here again but maybe a larger room next time.

Family Vacation trip

Omg! Such a beautiful place, from the room to the beach and surrounding area! So happy as soon as we walked in the door, the balcony was bigger than expected! Loved that we could see the ocean from the dinning room and our main room. The kids enjoyed staying in their bunk beds while my teenage daughter had her own private room. Everything was very clean and they had every necessity you’d need when it came to kitchen supplies. The washer & dryer was great and very convenient when coming back from beach/pool. The only down fall was the elevator does take a while and can only imagine on high peak season!!! The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but we always hand wash our dishes so it was ok.The tiki bar was a bit overpriced but we had to just try out a drink.

Black mole all over bathroom we have a allergic reaction to it cause us to constantly be sick.

The condo is very nice unfortunately, with the black mold and the air conditioning situation I cannot rate it as a top rating.

Needs updated

Property needs updated. And. Good cleaning. It was not clean when we arrived. There was dirty clothes left in the floor! Drawers were broken along with many other things. Not updated at all. Furniture looks like it’s from the 60’s
