BRIGHT, OPEN LIVING & DINING SPACES

The spacious living area features two comfortable couches, a large flatscreen TV, and wide bayfront windows that fill the home with natural light. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with bayfront balconies on both levels, perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The dining area includes a table for 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN + LAUNDRY ROOM WITH BALCONY

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home - whether you're grilling your fresh catch or making breakfast before heading to the beach.

A separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, a second refrigerator perfect for ice, beverages, or bait, and its own private balcony.

COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with premium bedding, plush mattresses, and a flatscreen TV:

- Main-Level King Suite: Main balcony access and a private en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a spacious closet.
- Upper-Level King Suite: Features an interior opening that looks down into the living room, giving the space an airy, loft-style feel. When privacy is desired, a sliding barn door can be pulled closed to separate the room. This king suite also includes a private bayfront balcony and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
- Queen-over-Queen Bunk Room: Sleeps 4 comfortably and includes two gaming chairs, creating a fun hangout spot for kids or teens. A full bathroom with a bathtub is located just off the hallway.
- A double-sized, blow-up mattress is provided for two extra guests.

Step outside and experience Mobile Bay up close. The cottage’s new private pier makes it easy to fish, crab, launch kayaks, watch wildlife, or simply relax by the water. After a day outdoors or at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather for grilling, lounging, or sunset views.

PET POLICY

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at the cottage! To keep the space clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests, please review our pet guidelines:

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150 per stay
Max Pets: Up to 2 dogs
Approval: Please let Nicki know your dog’s age and breed before booking
Supervision: Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated
Furniture: No pets on furniture or beds, please
Leashes: Dogs must be leashed outdoors in the neighborhood
Cleanup: Guests must pick up all pet waste
Damage: Any excessive wear or damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility
