Great place to stay and very reasonable pricing. The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure everything was as it needed to be. Great location.

Before we even left for the trip I received a call from the owners, Tina and Joe, to wish us a safe trip and make sure we had her cell number in case we needed anything or if there was anything at the property that needed attention. They also contacted to let us know we could check in early if we wanted to. They are the kindest down home folks you’ll ever meet or speak with. Honestly, I walked in and thought it was heavenly! Everything was spotless, smelled so fresh, and fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with. Towels and linens all looked new with WiFi included and able to get movie channels. Did I mention it took me about a minute and a half to walk to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to the waves was a memory on its own. We will definitely be booking our next trip right here!!

Found tore out carpet with exposed tack strip at threshold to master bedroom. Bedroom carpet very dirty, and dirt in the corners of main living areas. along with two running toilets. Contacted host and they showed up and yelled at us, saying they had never had issues before, and we were being picky. We ended up calling the Sheriff and finding other accommodations. They refused to refund our funds.

Everything was exactly as described. Very close to beach. We had a great family stay. Only real issue was that the floors were dirty. Animal hair and dirt. I realize it is pet friendly but it had not been swept, mopped, or vacuumed.

Beautiful weekend stay!

This home is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. There are several great restaurants nearby. Felt like home! It was the perfect weekend stay!

The guys enjoyed their stay and fishing was good. The house was very convenient and so homey. This fishing trip will be talked about for months to come. Made a lot of memories with family and friends. Would highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and close to the beach (2 minute walk). The only thing that would keep us from renting this property again is the condition of the stairs. If they get replaced we will happily sign up for next year.

Great time at Busy Doin Nothing

The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a quiet vacation for my husband and I and our adult children. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Family vacation

We rented this house to meet family members. Tha house was wonderful it was roomy and close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and beach is very family friendly and clean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responded to all our inquiries prior to our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
