Room was okay but it needs a DEEP cleaning bc there was old trash etc under bed and in the room in general & needs some updates on the room. It's old but has a musty smell as the day goes on & the air humidifiers don't really help. We bought a lot of groceries and couldn't even cook bc you can only open the oven door maybe 5 inches bc it hits the fridge, so we couldn't even get a pan inside! Very disappointed that we spent all that money to cook food and couldn't. We loved the pool and access to the beach there though.

Amazing Stay and Affordable Price

Check in and out was easy. One issue we had was fixed immediately upon arrival. Great place for families. Affordable and amazing vacation

Condo was very clean and had everything you needed. The grounds were nice and gated that was a plus for security. We be back

Filthy

Overall the building was peaceful, unfortunately for the condo, the housekeepers need a new job. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in days, it had a thick ring around the bowl. The bedding was dirty it was definitely not washed. The couch had a big brown suspect stain. I Sent pictures of the filth to the management company and was asked if it looked this way during check in. Didn’t get a discount, refund but was offered to have it cleaned the night before we checked out.

Relaxing week

We enjoyed our stay at Sunbird. It is close to shops, restaurants & attractions yet it's not right in the middle of it all. The beach is clean with white velvety sand. They do charge for chair/umbrella on beach which was overpriced but there were plenty of lounge chairs by any of the three pools. Hot tub would have been nice during cooler evening but there is not one. Our room 401E was decorated & looked nice but the couch/chairs could have had a deep cleaning. I suggest washing dishes before using. A lot of ours looked like they were used & stuck right back up in cabinets. The shower wasn't the cleanest but after being rinsed & wiped down, it wasn't a problem. The bed was super comfy, slept great. There wasn't any distractions by outside noise. Also, there is ring doorbell/Camara right outside door to unit. Some may like that but we thought it was a little strange that it notified the owner Everytime we came & went Overall, this place is definitely somewhere I would stay again & recommend.
