Enjoy your very own shaded balcony, a living space thoughtfully equipped with a jetted bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, and a prime location within steps of downtown.



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek Condominiums are located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. You'll be mere steps from a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley out in front of the building, and an easy walk from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Mountain Mall, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and so much more. Ober Gatlinburg is just one mile west, the gorgeous landscapes of Great Smoky Mountains National Park begin one mile south, and Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of fun-filled dinner theaters - is eight miles north.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
