Great place to stay in Key Colony! We enjoyed the home and sitting out on the back patio(faces a canal) relaxing. Had our fun playing pickleball at the local courts as well as hanging out by the pool at the Cabana. Property is close to a lot of amenities as well as local attractions. Joe is a great host! Quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely be back and stay at his home. The Wise Family

The location was perfect, easy to access by both car and boat. Joe was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean and had everything I would need for a short or long stay. It was perfect for my husband who spent the day fishing and my teens who could access the cabana and swim while I worked. Will definitely book again

If we could give this property and its owners 10 stars, we absolutely would! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. They even knew we were celebrating our anniversary and surprised us with a sweet little gift. That extra touch made our stay even more special!The home was beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay, including a paddle board, kayaks, bicycles, coolers, beach chairs, towels, and so much more. They truly thought of everything!The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Florida Keys in Marathon, with so much to explore nearby and easy access to destinations both north and south. Having a pool and beach an easy bike ride from the home was an added bonus!All in all, this was hands down one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Between the wonderful home, unbeatable location, and incredibly thoughtful owners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Florida Keys!

This VRBO was perfect for our family. We had an excellent stay. Lots of extra amenities were available that added so much to our trip. We really enjoyed the beach club and kayaking around the area. The communication was great and the hosts were incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

This property had everything we needed for a great vacation! The location is great for boaters with very easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic. The dock fit our 25’ boat but can definitely accommodate a larger one. Our 29’ trailer also fit in the driveway however anything larger than that will not. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The bait freezer and outdoor fridge was great to have for all of our lobster and fish caught. Joe was wonderful to work with from ownership changes, check in and even when we had a question. We’d happily rebook again.

Joe was an amazing host. Would recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to come back next year. Especially loved the pool, hot tub and beach at cabana club.

This house is an incredible value for anyone looking to come to Marathon for fishing or diving. The dock out back was in excellent condition, and it is literally 20 ft from the back door. This beats out any resort in the keys by a wide margin. Further, it is minutes away from Vaca Cut, and a dive and bait shop with fuel. You have immediate access to both the Gulf and Atlantic side of the islands. One of the best mangrove snapper that we caught during the trip, was not from our boat, it was off of their dock. It has a very large fish cleaning table on the dock which came in very handy. Great setup for fishermen and divers.The house itself is very clean, and nicely laid out. We were able to comfortably sleep four men on our fishing trip. The kitchen, and the house in general, is well equipped with everything you need to live for a week. It also had kayaks and some other things we didn't take advantage of, but they appear to be in great shape.The owner was incredibly attentive, and was able to answer several questions I had regarding the area and good places to eat. They seem like very kind people. We will most definitely be renting from them again.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Bring your fishing poles and relax.

Our stay at Keys Escape was a great experience. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. It was great to have use of the beach chairs, cooler and bicycles. The Cabana club was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Even had a couple great meals on the grill. Joe was a great host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay. We look forward to staying at Keys Escape in the future.

Very central to everything in Marathon. Key Colony Brach is a safe, beautiful community. House is well equipped with everything we needed. Fun to be on a canal. Lots of birds to watch. Having the use of bicycles and the Cabana Club was wonderful.

The house was just as advertised. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of its location. Docking space for our boat was great as well.

What a fantastic home away from home! Everything you could possibly need is already there. From kitchen appliances, dishes, and cookware, to beach towels, hammocks, kayaks, bikes, life jackets, and sand toys - there was never something we wished we had that wasn’t there. We didn’t even have time to use all the included things. We loved having access to the cabana club, taking in the sunset at sunset park and checking each night for what fish we could see in the canal. The lights strung on the pergola made it the perfect spot to hang out every evening to enjoy the weather and family time. The house was clean and very comfortable. Joe was great to communicate with and gave wonderful tips and suggestions when asked. We would 100% stay here again and again!

Great place

The property really had everything we needed or could want. The canal was gorgeous and the provided hammocks were a huge hit to just lay in the breeze. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to relax

Great location, close to everything, right on canal, kayak and bicycles available for guests. Very well equipped with everything you need for vacation. Highly recommend and definitely will go again.
