Updated and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features new carpeting, Pergo wood floors, marble floors, and premium granite counter tops. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master’s bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Other amenities include 3 flat screen TV’s, cable TV, DVD, high speed wireless internet, two person Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, one car garage, wood burning fireplace (wood is provided), and gas barbeque grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, linens and towels are provided. Please no pets and no smoking.

The condo is on a quiet, secluded and elevated location offering calming emerald green wooded summer views, cozy golden autumn views, and crisp white winter views with a magical night-time view of Boyne Highlands ski hill.

Harbor Springs is the perfect get-away for any golf or ski enthusiast. Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands resorts are minutes away. Boyne Highlands, offers 55 slopes and 35 kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails. In the summer, Boyne Highlands offers 9 championship golf courses to choose from. At Nub’s Nob there are 53 slopes and 28 kilometers of groomed cross country trails including a 2 kilometer lighted loop for night-time skiing. There is a free shuttle to the slopes on ski weekends; one of the shuttle pickup/drop off stops is at the condo driveway, very convenient! You don't have to be a golfer or skier to enjoy all that Harbor Springs has to offer, there are many places for shopping, dining, sight-seeing, and relaxing.

The condo is centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and is 30 minutes from Mackinaw City. Expand your horizons and take a ferry ride to visit the charm of Mackinaw Island. The Odawa Casino is located nearby in Petoskey, and Pellston Regional Airport, serviced by Delta Air link is 20 minutes away. We are about a 4-hour drive from Detroit, or 6-hour drive from Chicago.

Great Condo for Skiing Retreat

Very nice condo that is conveniently located by The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a skiing vacation.

Another fabulous stay at Trout Creek. Have stayed multiple times at this condo. Always clean, well stocked kitchen, & comfy beds! Corner unit & so peaceful watching it snow. Looking forward to booking again for next year! Thank you Gary & Marie for a wonderful stay!

Fall getaway

My sister-in-law and I have been coming to northern MI. in September for the last several years. We wanted to find a place other than a hotel room. Found this place and glad we did. Location is great. Close to Petosky, Mackinac city, etc. Condo is in the woods. Surroundings are great. Great accommodations.,We definitely recommend this condo!!

Great Place to Stay & Great Location

The condo was just perfect for us. The location is quiet and wooded so we could enjoy nature when sitting outside on the deck. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure is good. Great location to visit the surrounding area like Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Cross Village and Indian River. The hosts were great to work with with questions.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful and relaxing

Brought my mom for a long weekend. She really enjoyed herself and we had a great time too. Short excursions to downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Mackinaw City.

Wonderful ski break!

The experience was way better than the online pics and description! The accommodations are lovely and comfortable, full amenities of pool and sauna in the community, and right next door to Nubs Nob for skiing. We had a few questions on th first day and Marie and Gary both responded immediately. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Girls Weekend!

A very nice Condo in a beautiful location in the woods. Privacy Close to all Shopping, Ski Hills, Restaurants, really everything Northern MI has to offer. Plenty of room and all amenities you need! Owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Definitely will stay here again

Beautiful, short stay

As a whole, we were quite happy with the property. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool. All the neighbors seemed genuinely happy to see us.

Really excellent place to roost for extended trip up north.. way quiet, good fitness center, within several miles from golf courses, nice restaurants. Excellent, semi-modern layout, nice decorations, Makes you open windows at night to enjoy birds and peaceful sounds. Just booked for next year!

Perfect location and condo!

This condo is in a beautiful wooded community! The condo itself is very nice with plenty of room for our family! The owners were great to work with!! The condo was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Mackinaw City is just 30 minutes away, Petoskey just 15 minutes and Charlevoix only 30 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and we would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Great Loxation!

The condo was exactly as described! It was clean and inviting. We really enjoyed having a second bedroom with the two beds in it. Posts were very helpful in communicative. Would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again!

Nice, quiet, clean condo

The condo was very clean, had all amenities needed & beds were comfortable. A bit sad about the jacuzzi not working but such is life. Directions for entering were clear, which we appreciated. Definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

Building problems

Woke up first morning with a bedroom flooded and had to inform the landlord, they sent a property manager to assess the situation and landlord contacted a water removal service. Had to listen to 3 very noisy fans running all night and couldn’t use the jacuzzi because that is where the water originated from a hot water stem in the tub. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi after a full day of golf and sightseeing and couldn’t use it. Not very satisfied with this trip.
