The owner lives upstairs. He's very accommodating. The one bedroom apartment was very well furnished and had everything that it said that it had plus more. If we head back to Hollywood, we'll definitely stay there again

What a gem just steps from the ocean. Great little apartment within walking distance to everything essential. We did even walk to Publix, although we Ubered back. Lovely patio sitting area for morning coffee where you can listen to the ocean while seeing the tropical plants on the patio and watch the little lizards run around. All the beach items you need to tote to the beach including the umbrella, chairs and Styrofoam cooler. I miss it already! Would definitely stay here again.

It is really nice and outstanding located!!!! The host is great!Everything fantastic. We would appreciate a more silent air conditioner at the bedroom.We will repeat for sure, this is our second stay... looking forward for the third!!!!! :)

Girls trip June 2025

We spent a week here for a girls trip last week and I could not recommend it more! The apartment is super cute and the location is absolutely perfect with the beach literally steps away. Sotos was a great host and there if needed while providing a very laid back environment! The area is very quiet and the two of us being females felt very safe while visiting as well as walking to local restaurants/bars late at night! We will definitely be back here for future trips! Thank you again Sotos!

Great stay and great host!

The property is in a great and quiet location. The check in process was extremely easy. Our flight landed early, but they let us in early!! Overall, great stay and great host!

What a great spot!

I stayed there with my family and it was a beautiful place, conveniently located super close to the beach! The property is very clean and homey, and the property manager was a great help with whatever questions we had and was very friendly. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect

We loved everything about this place! The beach was 45 steps away and at most there were 10 people on it at any time. We loved walking to the tiki bar at night. We walked to a small marine observatory and watched them feed the turtles. The Broadwalk was about a 2 mile walk one way and it was super clean. It was such a quiet and peaceful vacation. We had groceries delivered and didn’t need a car for anything. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Santo was a perfect host. He introduced himself but he gave us our privacy. We enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area and having our coffee on the beach in the morning. Lounge chairs and an umbrella were provided.

This apartment was perfect for us! Steps from the beach. Apartment has nice comfortable furniture and a complete kitchen. Very clean. Only small negative is the bathroom shower and bathroom mirror.

Loved it!

This place is convenient to everything. You can walk to the Broadwalk and to things in the other directions. The unit is roomy and has everything you need. My friend and I loved it!

Lovely apartment across from beach

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances worked well. The owner lives upstairs and greeted us on our arrival. He is very friendly and kind. The beach is directly across the street and was never crowded. We rented bikes and rode them to Hollywood Beach boulevard daily. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Great weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend away from a cold and dark Wisconsin December. The location and weather were great. The only negative was the AC unit in the living room was not working well, so the living room would get pretty warm by the end of the day. Santos did respond to our AC concern, was going to replace the unit. So the next guests shouldn’t have an AC issue.

Another fantastic stay

I have stayed at this property multiple times now and it has consistently been an oasis of peace for me. The proximity to the water is one of the primary reasons I have returned so many times. It really is breathtaking. The unit itself has everything that you would need for a beach vacation. I do not rent a car when I am there which can be limiting. However, I am able to order food and drink from local stores and restaurants very easily. I look forward to being able to stay again here next year.

Super clean, steps from the ocean

As advertised. Literally 20 steps to the sand and 20 more to the ocean. King bed is firm and very comfortable. Host (Sotos) was on site and answered any questions immediately. Two waterfront restaurants within easy walking distance. 10 minute drive from the FLL airport. Uber ride and tip was $10 to go South to the Broadwalk (about 2 miles walking). Super quiet residential neighborhood, airport noise was no issue. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Great Place, Great Location

Paradise for Beach Lovers

This little place puts you literally 25 steps to the beach. And not just a beach, a quiet beach, white sands, and ocean, glorious ocean. If you love the beach this is the place! The apartment itself is clean and well-appointed. The host lives right upstairs, friendly and available. I have just one small complaint—the bed is very firm and, for me, was not comfortable. But the location of this place made me forget all about the bed. Seriously, paradise.

Did not meet the previous reviews and pictures.

We booked this one due to the 10/10 reviews, not sure how this one achieved this. Location is excellent! The exterior does not meet up with the beautiful garden photos. We stayed in #2 with had a stoop with a rusty bistro set, not the nice chairs and daybed. We were never offered to use the other patio area. A/C unit in living room could not keep up, and WTH the shower most of the water went out the spigot. We lost power at 10pm with the storm and were in complete darkness for the entire night. No emergency back up lights, flashlight, candles, and the owner never checked on us, even though he was upstairs. We did not get the welcome check in like others commented with flowers or wine!
