I’m not one to bash. The price fit the overall experience and we had a nice time. A few maintenance items but nothing to ruin our trip.

The floors could use a swabbing and some towels need to be replaced. Meant as constructive. Was a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed staying here! Hearing the ocean from outside on the deck was just top tier! So much space for my big family and a great little walk to the beach where there was so many beautiful shells!

We had a great stay. The space was cute and we all had our own rooms and 2 bathrooms which was a bonus.

Pacific City was an amazing coastal town. We especially loved the family gathering place in our rental with the open concept, many windows, and wraparound deck. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, safe and secure. Our Daughter was able to pet a deer right in the neighborhood, a memorable experience for her. Overall we had a great experience!

Great location, nice windows, and it appears to be somewhat recently remodeled. Plenty of towels were available. On our visit, the floors didn't seem very clean. The floors seemed somewhat sticky and somewhat gritty upon arrival.

The house is beautiful. Some of the pictures are outdated, but the house is great. I would have appreciated more cooking utensils, but we made do with what was available. I was also counting on having the grill pictured, however, the grill is no longer there. The beds were very comfortable. The restrooms were very clean.

Nice and clean space, we enjoyed our stay very much! The local deer wandered by which was fun to watch, and it’s very close to the beach. We enjoyed one of the puzzles as well

We enjoyed a cozy, relaxing, stormy weekend at the coast. Great space and light from the many windows. Needs a deep clean, but very comfortable.

Great location and clean.

Loved the location and the house was updated and clean. Could have used more dishes. With 8 people staying we ran out of dishes often since we cooked most meals in. Otherwise great!

Grandparent get away with grandchildren

Bright and open. The 2 children loved that there were 2 sets of bunks so they could each have a top bunk. Short walk to beach.

Great Place for a Family Vacation!

Great layout for a family and close to the beach. Wish the checkout time was 11:00. It’s hard to get kids up, packed, and out the door by 10:00AM. Other than that, it was great!

A family dwelling

Great room/kitchen was spacious allowing room for our family and others to share time together. Cleaning of home was adequate, however a deeper cleaning is needed. Neighborhood was nice, easy walk to beach as well as paved trails leading thru Kiwanda Shores.

We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable stay. Lots of windows made the home bright. Loved the patio running around the house. We did all the cooking in the home. However there were lots of hair on kitchen towels and floors. Otherwise the home was clean and comfortable.

Great house!

Very clean, open and accommodating. Very nice and great divide (up and downstairs) for adults and children. Had basic needs. Only issue is no bathtub for kids (not really an issue for us, just a heads up in case you didn’t notice in pictures).

Pacific city house

nice house and updated interior. close to beach and pelican brewery . Quiet neighborhood and most houses are in good shape. The only complaint is poor/old cooking pots and pans and floor still had sand on it when arrived
