The property was nice and as advertised. The fire pit and hot tub both worked well and the beds were comfortable. The yard backs up to a trail which was nice to explore.

The hot tube was not working. Reset the breaker but it was not tripped just the hot tub , it did come on line after reset worked good , tv didn’t work would freeze up constantly only the upstairs was working correctly. Just small things like coffee pot top was broken on the pot . But nice place and we had a good time . Empty propane on the fire pit , swapped with bbq bottles. Nice quiet neighborhood, loved the walking trail. Clean through out the rental. Thanks

Property was very pet and family friendly. There was lots of pet friendly extras such as dog bowls, leashes and a crate. The backyard area was fenced very nicely with a trail for hiking right from the back of the property. There was pack and play available and lots of kids toys. The kids room was a bit bright even with the window blinds. Curtains would be nice for nap time. We did not have laundry soap as advertised which usually we don’t worry about but toddlers are going to toddler so we did have to go buy some of that. Other than that, the place was great!

Great family location

Plenty of space, the hot tub and fire pit were especially welcome especially when it was cold and wet outside it made for a nice quick outdoor escape without having to go anywhere.

Great stay

Very nice home in a phenomenal location within walking distance to the beach. Very cleanly and the oversized hot tub was a great addition. Would stay again (2 thumbs up)

Beautiful and relaxing setting.

3 days of relaxation, wonderful house with everything we needed and great location. Enough space for us to spread out and chill.

Pacific City Stay

Had a lovely time at the property. The area was quiet, the property was nicely updated and clean. Loved the location, hot tub, and walking trail and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home to enjoy a quick wedding weekend. Conveniently located near the beach, woods and local shops. Would definitely stay again for a longer trip.

Perfect family vacation

This home provided a comfortable place for us to land after a long day of playing at the beach and exploring. We all loved to relax in the hot tub and we appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere. Everything was really clean and we loved the convenience of the kitchen supplies, laundry room, the out door faucet to wash off sand, and the towels. Pacific City is an adorable little town and we loved our stay there.

Beautiful house, we had an issue with the hot tub having too much chlorine and they sent someone quickly to help lower the levels so we could enjoy it our last night which we appreciated.

Spring break at Pacific City

This house was exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. We'd love to return.

Beautiful Home

The house is warm and welcoming. Everything was smooth for check in. The views from the hot tub were great since you get to see everyone's dogs :) perfect dog show. The fireplace also sets the tone for the weekend. You'll love it

We’ve stayed here twice and it’s a favorite of ours in Pacific City. Very comfortable home in a wonderful location, with a close walk to the beach and restaurants. They have a lot available for families with young kids and are pet friendly (the fenced yard was a bonus). The only thing that could’ve used improvement was the hot tub cleanliness. The water had a bad odor to it, and wasn’t clear, no chlorine treatment, etc. It definitely needs to be serviced and more often. We were disappointed we couldn’t enjoy using it more but otherwise enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

We sincerely apologize the hot tub didn't feel clean — we did service it before your stay but after receiving this feedback, we did a full drain and refill/treatment of the tub to ensure it's in tip top shape. We always strive for perfection with our hot tub service, and you deserved a sparkling tub, so we hope to provide you with just that should you stay with us again soon! Pleasant

The house was beautiful, very clean. Everything we needed for inside because it was a rainy stay. Only one bad thing was we did not have good phone service so it was hard getting a code to get in the house when we got there.

Great little weekend spot

Overall a great experience. Don't get there early as your code will not work until a minute or two after your rental agreement starts, which is fine and just caused a little panic. The hot tub is also on a pretty heavily used walking trail without and privacy covers, so be aware of that. The house was incredibly clean, beautiful and comfortable.
