Guests will appreciate the comfortable climate control, including heating and AC, making every season enjoyable. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or starting your morning with a fresh breeze, this fantastic cottage offers a relaxing atmosphere. FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus will take you to nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.
(There will be $50.00 charge for more than 4 people/per night/per person.)
WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS pet AND $500 for larger than 20 LBS PER PET/PER STAY.UPDATED VACCINATION PAPERWORK REQUIRED.
