60 second walk to the private beach! INTERCOSTAL WATER VIEW. Located in St. Pete Beach (Historic Pass-A-Grille Beach) where it’s peaceful and beautiful!

Completely furnished 2 Bedroom, 1 full Bath (Jack and Jill) great for privacy and 1/2 bath each bedroom is furnished with queen size beds. Courtyard available for grilling and outdoor family gatherings. Up to 3 parking spaces for your needs. Full size washer/dryer available for all guest. Covered porch to view the INTERCOSTAL. Our wood floors are original, This COTTAGE is TIDY and VERY UNIQUE!!!!

FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus will take you to nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.

Maximum occupancy is 6 for this property (There will be $50.00 charge for more than six people/per night/per person.)

WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS $500 under 50LBS larger than 50 LBS $1,000 PER PET/PER STAY. UPDATED VACCINATION PAPERWORK REQUIRED.

The description doesn’t do it justice! It is a beautiful place with steps to a gorgeous beach and afternoon views of the intercostal. Walkable neighborhood to fantastic water restaurants. Loved the area, the accommodation and our host was amazing!

We were in town for a couple days and this house was perfect. Very welcoming and just a few steps from a beautiful beach. The host made sure we were comfortable and was very easy to reach if needed.

The place was perfect for our family of 6 to stay! A 60 second walk to the beach is probably an over estimate! It was perfect and the beach was beautiful! We had no one close to us on the beach and it was so enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located right by the beach and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. The host was thoughtful and responsive, clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome, and it shows in every detail making the whole experience effortless. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Amazing! Simply stated, everything about this home was 5-star! The cleanest, most put-together rental I’ve vacationed to. The location can’t be beat! Quiet yet steps away from the beautiful, private beach & walking distance to a few waterfront restaurants. Island Hopper beach taxi will pick-up right in front of home which was a plus. This home was the perfect retreat for our girls-trip & we will certainly be back!

Very hospitable host who was available for anything we needed. Super new and clean. Great location. Some very cold and rainy days, but we were cozy. Only thing I would add would be rules for checkout to be included in the welcoming notebook by the TV.

Pleasant stay in Pass-a-grill

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for a family of 4 and Cory was very accommodating. It really had everything we needed and the area was beautiful as well.

Hop, Skip & a Jump

This place has been remodeled and was immaculate. The best part is that it’s super close to the most beautiful desolate beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very cozy, very clean! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, my 11 year old grandson had a great time as well. Cory is very helpful, and a great host! Thank you for a wonderful time on St Pete Beach! I would definitely recommend this place, we will be back to stay again!
