Completely furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bath. Courtyard available for grilling and outdoor family gatherings. Up to 2 parking spaces for your needs. Full size washer/dryer available for guests. This condo is convenient and centrally located for ease of entertainment needs.
FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus for
nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.
WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS pet AND $500 for larger than 20 LBS. Per PET/Per STAY. PROOF OF THE PET VACCINATION REQUIRED.
