Welcome to Vistas on the Gulf.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Built in 2003, this condo complex sits right on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Don't drag all your stuff across the street, stay on the beach! Spend your days relaxing under the sun laying in our sugary white sands or go back and forth swimming in our beautiful beachfront pool.

The condo is decorated with a fresh beach theme and decor true to the Gulf beach area. The condo is set up to sleep 6-7 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser, closet, flat screen tv and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and a large vanity. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and also has a flat screen tv. The second bathroom also has a shower/bathtub combo and is next to the 2nd bedroom with access from the living room/kitchen.
The living room has an xtra large 55 inch flat screen tv for watching the game or movie when youre ready for a break from the sun. It also has a queen sleeper sofa.
WIFI and basic cable are also provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is also a dishwasher.
There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
**We also provide many beach toys and chairs as well as a travel crib**

The balcony faces south and has views of the pool and the beach on one side. This is classified as a partial gulf view. If you have older children, you'd be able to see them from the balcony at the pool. There is also a table on the balcony for snacking.
We have one reserved parking spot underneath the building. There is only one parking space.

This location on St. Pete Beach is awesome, we are walking distance to so many restaurants, beach bars, shopping, Pass A Grille, Don Cesar hotel and more! You can spend just a few days here or months here exploring the area!

Room had partial ocean view we loved the room but bed matters need replaced sagging to center of the bed when being slept on.Was clean well stocked and decorated.

Beach was a litte obscured. We still enjoyed our balcony every day. We enjoyed going down to the beach to watch the sunsets. Condo is very convenient to restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Vistas on the Gulf. The condo was very clean and the appliances were very nice. We loved the decor, beach. It couldn't have been cuter. Accurate pics on the listing of the view of the beach. Master bed was extremely soft and if you didn't sleep on the edge, you rolled into the middle. One toilet seat needed replaced as it was broken when we arrived, but we made due for the week as it was mostly just the two of us. The condo needed some repairs but it was not anything we couldn't live with, and I'm sure the owners have it on their short list. We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful.

Brand new mattress in king bed as of March 2026. I never got one message or call from this guest about a broken toilet seat or we would have been happy to send the plumber out immediately. I send three messages to guests- at check in, the day after check in and check out to notify me if any problems pop up. We want our guests to have a 5 star stay!

The entire building is closed for the month of September to put in a new elevator, so we have set aside this month to put in brand new high end SPC flooring, new kitchen appliances and a fresh coat of paint everywhere! Can’t wait to post pics of the results!

Great place and great location

Staying here at the Vistas was a great trip for our sister’s getaway. Everything was so convenient with access to beach, pool, dining and entertainment. I would highly recommend this place and unit.

Great location, great beach!

The distance from this condo to the beach was perfect for us, very helpful that the condo had beach chairs for guests as well. St. Pete Beach is a beautiful place.

Awesome location

Perfect location for our visit. Our niece was getting married at the Don Cesar and we were walking distance. Loved the white sand beaches and it was a less crowded area.

Amazing location on the beach

The property is a great home base to go out and enjoy the amazing St Pete Beach. The convenience to food and shopping was excellent. And the sunsets are priceless.

We had an amazing week!

We were here with our 2 high school seniors for my son’s varsity baseball senior trip! The condo is perfectly located and exactly how described. Lauren was very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Found place and found room with no issue. Was not impressed with condition of outside. Furniture was old and worn. Mattress should have been discarded years ago. Dishwasher was dirty inside. We were sure about dishwater so washed before using. Had a nice collection of beach equipment that was not mentioned, would have been nice to know. Beach was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. Nice collection of restaurants in area. Sadly the information provided in the room is out of date. There is NO public near by. There was NO information about needing a code to enter the pool and thereby the beach. Tried to contact owner but no response. Thankfully other renters shared the code with us. The pool was very nice a little small but good for the number of people there. Not a bad place overall the unit we had requires a serious update.

Great condo…perfect location

This condo was perfect for what we needed!! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and sightseeing/shopping. I highly recommend staying at the Vistas!!!

We loved this little place - so close to the beach - clean - nice pool area - so easy to get in/out of - great owners, super easy to work with and VERY flexible - great beach toys included - I'd stay again for sure.It does need a little updating.

I'm born and raised in Tampa and have been coming to the Gulf beaches all my life. Owning this beachfront condo is a dream come true for our family! St. Pete Beach has been my favorite beach for years. From my childhood, to young adult years and now as a Mom, St. Pete Beach has something for everyone! I love swimming in the balmy gulf waters and laying on our soft sand. When I'm ready for a change of scene, I can walk over to the many ice cream shops, mini golf, restaurants, shops and bars that sprinkle Gulf Blvd. I love being able to access downtown St. Pete in 15 minutes for all the culture, shopping and more that downtown has to offer as well. Tampa is only 35 minutes away so it's an easy day trip for me to come enjoy all this paradise has to offer!
