Lakefront Sunset Point in the Heart of Osage Beach 17.5mm! Great view with Dock

Location, Location, Location. This beautiful house is located in a protected cove near the 18mm. It has a fantastic view of the main channel and the toll bridge. Included is access 1700sq private dock with 42ft X 14Ft slip, 2 PWC lifts and patio furniture and 2 kayaks. Located in the heart of Osage Beach and within 5mins of many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Popular restaurant and waterfront Sushi bar Backwater Jacks is only mins away by boat or car.

This house is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with 2 living areas and Bar. Down stairs living area has sleeper sofa with memory foam matress. Three rooms and common areas all have waterfront views. 4th room has twin over full bunk beds complete with very comfortable memory foam mattresses.Upstairs living area has sofa and love seat with plenty of floor space. It also is a theater room with Bose surround sound, large flat sceen tv and Blueray/Dvd player. Two large patio decks are great for grilling and waterfront martini deck is a nice place to catch a drink on the way to the dock.

Great location

We had a group of 8 adults and loved this house and location. Super easy to find, close to the main channel but far enough we could float and not get rocked by waves. The dock was amazing also. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

It’s in the middle of everything which is amazing and convenient. Very clean and well maintained and owners are very welcoming and nice. Great place for a family. Highly recommended will be back again.

Bachelorette Getaway

We had a great time here! The place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and a great place to hangout for a group of 8! We loved sitting on all the decks and the dock was a great place to hang and swim. Would definitely come back again!

Great place for the weekend

The location and also the dock were both crucial in making this the perfect weekend for our group. The house is well taken care of and everything worked wonderfully. Enough parking for four cars easily.

Perfect location - Great Stay

Property was great and was very memorable. Couldn't ask for a better location from Backwater jacks and other lake musts. High perched deck overlooking the water provided great times for our group, thank you.

We came here for my friend’s bachelor party. The house had all the amenities we needed, great views, and was in the perfect location. Short rides to all of the activities we wanted to do.

Perfect bachelor party house

Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most. Amazing clean property and owners were great and easy to communicate with and always quick to respond and provide anything needed. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for the great time!

Great spot overall

17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

My recommendation

House was perfect size for me and my group. Didn’t have to travel far to do any of the activities we wanted to do. Property manger was in constant contact of I had questions. Will definitely pick this place when we come back

Girls Lake Trip Reunion

We enjoyed the house and space we had! Beautiful views of the lake. Both from the decks and the dock! The owner/Steve was very accommodating to a couple of things we needed. Easy to get ahold of. Location was perfect for us! We would definitely go back again! Thanks Steve!

Nice house, great location, responsive owner!

This location is hard to beat if you like quick access to shopping by land or waterfront activities. The large dock had tons of space for our crew to relax, swim, and fish. The boat slip is huge and well protected with bumpers and guides - easy parking for our 29ft boat. We had 11 guest and the house fit our needs. Everything was clean and well decorated. Owner is very quick to respond.

Clean! Great Location!

This house was perfect for our family! The home was SO clean! The layout was open, so we could all be together when prepping dinner. Beautiful views from the deck. Great dock - huge boat slip! Very well maintained! Within a couple minutes from town. My only “negative” comment would be that the pots and pans need some some refreshing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

Highly Recommend

We had two families of 5 staying at this property and we all had a fantastic time! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The dock is amazing and not only has a place for a huge boat, but also two waverunners (with lifts!) The outdoor seating at the dock, on the martini deck and on the house deck gave us plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors both in the sun and in the shade. The location is prime! Not only is every amenity within a short driving distance, there are also many restaurants, rental places and bars within a short boating distance as well. A big selling point for us was the location on the water - not only do the house and dock give a fantastic view and access to the main channel, but the house is also just far enough into the cove that we could also enjoy the paddleboards we brought with us. Above all else, the owners were fantastic to work with if anything was needed - if we had a question, it was answered within the hour. (Wow!) The inside of the house had plenty of room to spread out, too. We had 6 teenagers with no complaints. That's a huge win! Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation - we highly recommend this property!
