Pleasure Point - Waterfront house w/Dock off Bagnell Dam Strip

NEW TO VACATION RENTALS 2025! It's all about location and the views. This one has both! This home has cove protection, a big view, and a terrific dock all conveniently located minutes from the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. There are three bedrooms on the upper level that include a primary bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with double sinks and a step-in shower, and two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The lower level has a comfortable living area with large couch that pulls out to a bed, kitchenette, the third full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Step onto the deck and be blown away with the views. You won't want to miss a sunset! The deck is open but features a very nice pergola. It has a gently sloping lot that makes for an easy walk to the 2 well concrete dock featuring a 14X36 foot slip, a 12X30 slip, a large water mat, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the lake. This house is located very close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area, just minutes to Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants, favorite golf courses, and many other lake area attractions. Come enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: this house is monitored by external cameras. This house is NOT a good choice for party groups. Parking for 5 cars, 2 in front and 2-3 behind the house (or trailer). The garage is available for guest use.

Great location if you want to be close to the down town area. The bedrooms were nice and bathrooms clean. Very quiet at night. The dock does get hit by some big waves coming out of the channel so be careful with any water craft you tie up to it.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The home is clean, as described and has a great view of the lake. It is situated close to the dam, shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

The host answered questions promptly and accurately. House was very inviting and roomy. A family of 9 fit comfortably and had plenty of space. Swam off the dock and enjoyed every day.

Family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! There were a few maintenance things, but management was quick to respond and they were addressed very quickly. Would highly recommend this home and Four Seasons. One thing to be aware of, there is a lot of boat traffic which made for lots of waves/choppy water. Not the best for swimming off the dock with smaller children. But the views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful time! Thank you

Great weekend getaway!
