Six bedrooms, 12 beds, and two full homes side by side - this is the kind of space where a big group finally gets to breathe. North Beach is steps away, the ocean air finds its way through every open balcony, and by the time the BBQ is lit and the fireplaces are glowing, the coastal California getaway you planned starts to feel exactly like it should.

The property
This entire townhouse brings together two separate homes into one seamless stay for up to 16+ guests. Spread across two levels and four bathrooms, the layout gives everyone room to gather and room to disappear. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round, while balconies, outdoor furniture, and a private patio or balcony draw you outside whenever the coastal air calls.

Sleeping arrangements
Home 1 sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds
Bedroom 3: Queen + Twin bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed

Home 2 sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms plus additional areas:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds
Loft: Queen bed
Living room: 2 Sleeper sofa

Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout. A kids playroom with a hidden entrance gives younger guests their own tucked-away retreat.

Living spaces
Both homes open into spacious, comfortable living areas centered around large TVs and generous seating. Fireplaces add warmth to cooler coastal evenings, and the indoor-outdoor flow to decks and balconies makes it easy to move between the two. A dedicated workspace in a common area, along with Wifi and an Ethernet connection, keeps things running for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
Each home comes with a full kitchen - refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and all the cooking basics you need. Coffee is covered with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. Dining tables in each home give the group space to eat together, and the BBQ grill: gas set up outside with barbecue utensils and outdoor seating makes al fresco dinners an easy option.

Bathroom
Four bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and cleaning products. Towels and bed linens are provided, and a washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage - including closets, wardrobes, and dressers - are all available in-unit.

Outdoor & location
Shared beach access puts North Beach right at your doorstep, and beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are ready to go. Free driveway parking (2 spaces per condo, up to 4 cars total) is available on the premises, with free street parking for overflow. San Clemente`s downtown, cafés, shops, and local attractions are all close by.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.

Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not recommended, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
