4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeps eight. Beautiful views where 'Old Arroyo' and 'Arroyo Colorado' fork. Great fishing on the dock. Outdoor palapa, bbq pit, lighted fishing pier. Large screen satellite tv, satellite internet, full kitchen, central air, and dishwasher. Fenced yard is pet friendly. 30 minutes from Harlingen airport. 30 minutes to Brownsville/SPI.

Fun weekend getaway!

Property Manager was awesome and sweet, we had a blast getting away from the city and enjoying our time with family fishing and cooking out! We really hope to come back again soon!

Relaxing Stay

House was perfect for our 2 week visit. We enjoyed fishing on the flats in our boat and coming home to a well stocked relaxing home. We look forward to visiting in the future.

Relax & Fish on the Arroyo

Nice private property with plenty backyard space, deck; spacious home with large living kitchen area; plenty of beds available for the aunt's and cousins; would love to come back for a longer stay.

Great place!

overall this was a great place. we had some friends stop over for a day trip to see us and it was wonderful to have all of us in the yard and palapa made the area seem so much more spacious. Gloria was AMAZING and is always helpful.

Our Go-to Place

This was our 5th time staying at the property. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It's a big place, with plenty of room for our friends and an open, fully-appointed kitchen. We love the large dock and palapas - a nice place to sit, fish, and watch the sun go down. Gloria is never more than a phone call away and couldn't be nicer.

I worked as full time fly fishing guide in Arroyo City for many years before moving to Colorado. Whether fishing with fly or conventional tackle, Arroyo City is the gem of South Texas. What Port O'Connor used to be and South Padre never was.

The house functioned for many years as a fly fishing lodge and is appointed as you would expect. It is comfortable but not stuffy. It has been voted the Best Rental on the Arroyo for 4 straight years.
