Cabin was very cozy and wonderful! The only thing I would suggest is adding a mirror to the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise, perfect!

We had a great time! Got to see our first black bear on the street below us because someone left out their trash! View was nice, tree was blocking a little bit of the view of the mountain. Everything was as the pictures showed!

The cabin was very nice. 2nd time I’ve stated in that cabin. Everything was good but the fees they charge are ridiculous.

Overall, the cabin is cute and the location is nice. We had issues with check-in where I was never sent any check-in instructions through Vrbo and even after correcting my email address never received any. So we weren’t aware of how the lock pad worked until we had left the cabin unlocked, vulnerable to bears which we did see. The roads getting into the property have huge ruts in them, which you have to try to avoid while avoiding parked cars. Furthermore, our property was on a hill so we were backwards getting out of an SUV on a hill. It wasn’t very pleasant. The floor is scratched up, and there were some damages inside of the cabin we thought could be fixed. There are no condiments or even hot pads to cook with we had to purchase some. We didn’t have any air-conditioning but luckily I trip was pretty prompt to get that fixed. They said they fixed the living room TV but we were never able to get it to work. We think because of a missing remote. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this property. And we frequent Vrbo’s.

Thank you for being a valued guest. Check in emails are sent 24 hours before check-in. Records indicate that we were not notified that you had not received the email. It is possible that it was in your spam folder. There is new construction taking place in the complex, which may have affected the road condition during your visit. It is typical in a log structures for visible wear or scratches on hardwood surfaces to be apparent. Also, in your booking agreement it is stated what is placed in a “start up” package available for you during your visit. This included paper products, soaps etc. Food substances and condiments are not left or shared by guests due to health and safety reasons. The team was happy to respond quickly to your request for a service call, and rectified the problem regarding the tv and the AC. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and this team was glad to assist making your stay as pleasant as possible.

Very happy with the cabin. Great location 10 minutes away from pigeon Forge & @ 15 minutes away from the smoky mountains. Just outside both areas so you don’t get caught up in all the traffic. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice cabin close many attractions

Cabin was very nice. Location made it easy to get to most of the attractions on the area while still feeling pretty secluded. We enjoyed our stay very much.
