We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. Bonus points for an amazing mattress! It’s easy to get to and conveniently located. The front porch is large and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here! We will definitely be back.

I picked this cabin because of the location and the price. Overall, I was pleased with the cabin, but the only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub didn’t work until our last day there, but that being said Dan, the host took care of the problem as fast as he could. I was happy because he made it right, so yes, I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.

I truly am sorry that I couldn't get your hot tub working faster for you. I did try to fix it myself, but had to call in a specialist, who got the motor as quickly as he could. My husband and I have stayed at the Fishin Bear Csnin several times and we have always had a great experience. We have stayed at other places throughout the 27 years of vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. We find that we return to this cabin because it is quiet, clean and in a wonderful location. This year we celebrated our 27th anniversary. Thank you so much for providing us with a great experience and relaxing time. Much Love and appreciation being sent your way from the Turbett’s

Cabin is very nice and homey. Loved the hot tub and giant shower. Cabin needs a deep clean, there were clothes left from other tenants under both beds, and quite a few cob webs, but it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely book here again.

Nice cabin and excellent location and it’s convenient to amenities. It was nice to be able to enjoy the natural surroundings without the noise you get from being that close to town. Parking is not large enough to accommodate larger vehicles. My wife operates a professional cleaning service and the cleanliness needs to improve. We had to wipe out the microwave before use, the refrigerator needs a through cleaning inside and out, the kitchen sink is stained from not being cleaned properly, cobwebs were noted throughout, the downstairs bathroom had loose items and debris on both sides of the vanity, the patio door needs repaired,

I appreciate you saying my cabin is nice and you like the location and privacy. I am confused by your complaint about the parking. That driveway is, in my opinion, large enough to fit as many vehicles as you need at that cabin. If you pull them up side by side, you can fit 2 vehicles next to the porch. I have been there when having work done, and have seen 4 vehicles parked in that driveway. I drive a large pickup truck, as do my cleaner. My well water treatment specialist drives a large commercial van, and we have all been parked in that driveway at the same time as recently as a month ago. As far as the cleanliness issues go, my cleaner is usually very good, but it is possible that she was in a hurry and missed some things. I do wish you had contacted me when you noticed these issues, because I would have sent my cleaner out at once, or gone out there myself if necessary. I will be going out there today to inspect all of these issues, and make sure they are right for future guests, and I appreciate you bringing them to my attention, especially the patio door, so I can figure out what's wrong with it and fix it ASAP.
