Waterfront pool home in SW Cape Coral with attention to detail. A Coastal Modern Design with

vaulted ceilings, high end-finishes and a neutral color palette best describes this 4-year new home.

Open concept great room with an office/den that shares expansive views of the living area, pool

and waterfront. The master bedroom encompasses the entire right side of the home. It has

private access to the pool area and a large en suite bathroom with a slipper style soaking tub, dual

sinks and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for extra

privacy with a shared bathroom which leads out to the heated pool with an outdoor shower. Just

minutes away from Cape Harbor, the Westin Hotel resort and downtown Cape Coral. Fort Myers

and other beaches are only 20 minutes away. This is YOUR place to swim, sun, kayak and

enjoy what SW Cape Coral has to offer. Come and enjoy the fantastic Florida weather!

Relaxing escape

We rented the home for a month and it was well appointed in a convenient location.

Leigha, we are gald you had a relaxing enjoyable stay We only supply a starter package of items as noted in the rental agreement. If there were some areas you felt were not cleaned properly wish you had let us now and we would have come over and glady address them.for you. We will look into the pool chairs and if they need to replace they will be replace. Thank you for letting us know about this. We can look into more comfortable seating area furniture. But this is limited base on the cover space available. Thank you and we hope to see you again Steve

Our stay was fantastic! The house was exactly as pictured, sparkling clean, and in a perfect location for exploring the city. Steve was incredibly responsive and provided amazing local recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. We'd love to stay again!

Wonderful house! My kids loved the pool area. My son fished everyday and had some nice catches! House was very well stocked for all needs.

Pool was great! Clean and warm! Dock on the canal was very nice. Could set and watch the fish, turtles, birds, etc. House was super! Master bed and bath was very good!. Kitchen was perfect. TV in living area was awesome! Cable and WiFi solid! Manager was on the spot! Only needed help once and it was my own fault. You really couldn’t ask for anything more! We would come again but my guess is it will not be available very often. These folks know how to make vacations perfect.

The pool and patio area were top notch! Very clean and spacious. You might want to consider some sort of handrail to help with pool access and egress. It was a very simple process to add more water to the pool on a daily basis. The timer on the faucet was nice. The bedrooms were clean and spacious for the 4 of us. That was the first time I’ve ever seen a bidet in a vacation rental!! It would have been nice to have a remote garage door opener for our adventures away from the house. But I suppose those tend to “disappear” from time to time. We made it work!

Glad you had a enjoyable stay. I will pass on the comment about a rail for the pool. You are correct about garage remotes they do disappear. That is why there not supplied.

Even better than advertised

Our family was very happy with this villa! The pictures show what you actually get! It was very clean, in top shape, and the interior decorations are a delight. Everything is well looked after, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchenware and tools. It has got a great pool and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Walmart is just a 2-minutes drive away! The A/C is quiet and keeps the temperature really well. Communication with the rental company was great and concise before, during and after the rental. When we encountered a small problem with the smoke detector batteries at the beginning of the rental, they were easy to contact and responded within 15 minutes. If we ever come back to Cape Coral, we will rent with Sue Larson Rentals again! Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The home had everything my family needed, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again in the future!
