We enjoyed our long weekend away at this property. It was stocked with everything we would need throughout our stay with many cleaning and cooking items as well! Beautiful and comfy details- we would enjoy staying here again!

We had an amazing week at this beautifully decorated property. Great set up for our small kids as there was a bunk room, toys, high chair, etc. everything you could need! Will definitely be back next summer!

Great condo in the heart of amenity filled Sea Colony! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, easy beach access via the tram, and lots of beach supplies - we really appreciated the comfortable beach chairs! We only stayed 3 nights so didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities but did enjoy the gym and indoor pool for laps!

The host was so responsive. We had a very short trip but everyone was comfortable. And the house was well equipped. We loved the back porch and swing chair. Big hit with the grandchildren.

This was a very nice updated accommodation with an entirely new well stockedkitchen. High end stove in particular. There were two bedrooms with very comfortable king sized beds and another room with a double bunk with a single bed above it.It definitely was comfortable for 2 older couples and a younger couple. We took advantage of the fitness center and outside heated competition pool which was close by........we were a little disappointed that the outside hot tub had been shut down for the season a bit early. We were happy with this rental and will most likely be back.

Unit was very clean and well maintained. Owner was responsive even when she had to repeat information she already gave. Beds were comfortable. We loved the gas grill, bicycles and especially that the tram stop was right outside the tram “garage” and we could take the first yellow tram directly to the beach where it was starting its run every morning. Don’t love the Sea Colony check-in process but that’s not unique to this unit. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect! Very well situated and had everything we could want (coffee, access to a bbq, community amenities, great kitchen, media, etc.). Would definitely come back again and spend more time in Bethany!
