The three Bedroom with new bathrooms, furniture and large flat screen television is a great value and perfect location. The condo has a double patio overlooking the white sandy beaches. The corner, floor two condo offers the perfect location. Private reserved parking spaces. Our rates are very competitive and even less than most comparable condominiums. You can email us for a quote on our second condo, If you have a special need, email us for a custom quote. By accepting the rental, you are agreeing to the terms of the rental agreement including all VRBO fees.

Reviews we’ve had a couple of guests who did not take care of our place. They caused damage and then wrote poor reviews. Please read my responses. I strive to make any inconvenience right for my guests. It’s very busy during June and July and some people do not take proper care. I promise to address any guest concerns personally. Our cleaners for the last 16 months have 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Seascape is a great place to stay! Contact me if you have questions.

You’ll enjoy Orange Beach, Alabama on the Gulf Coast!

Seascape is located in a beautiful area along the Gulf Coast beach front, a few miles from the Florida line. Visitors enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach plus there is a lot to explore. The shopping is great from The OB Wharf luxury shops to the Rivera Center outlet stores. The Gulf Coast is gorgeous; beautiful white sandy beaches with clear waters. The Naval Air Station Pensacola is 10 miles and the Blue Angels fly routinely over the area. Gulf Shores has a new Zoo and the OWA amusement park as well as miles of nature trails. The best sight seeing is the dolphin tours. The seafood is delicious. Deep Sea and pier or shore Fishing is abundant. We have many piers and lots of places to visit. Fort Morgan and The ferry to Dolphin Island are must see sights. All this in a 10 mile area.
Parasailing, kayaks and jet skis are available if the beach isn’t enough!

The condo was remodeled with all new granite counter tops and appliances, tiled showers and floors. The furniture is updated annually as our condo is shared with visitors all summer.

It out of the condo. Please treat our condo as you treat your home.
Outside showers are located in the middle of the complex by the grilling area and elevator. Please remove sand prior to reentering the condo. Outside showers are located at the pool area.
