This 1st floor condo just across the street from the beach is a great place to spend a Short/Long stay or escape those Cold Northern Winter Months. For the location you won't believe and the great rates this condo has to offer. Everything you need is included. Condo has WIFI, cable TV, Sleeper Sofa in living room for an extra bed and all linens are provided for your long stay. All the amenities you could need is provided with this condo.

Comfortable Home Base for Touring Around St. Augustine

Nice, quiet location across the street from Crescent Beach, within 10 minutes of St. Augustine Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. For boaters, there is a public ramp into the inland waterway almost on the property. John is a great host. We had a couple of minor issues which he took care of right away. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of living space, and a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time in the area.

Thanksgiving vacation

This was our second stay at this property. Two years ago we stayed the month of November & this time a week. Lovely condo close to St. Augustine as well as Palm Coast. Love Crescent Beach & John is so helpful. Plan on coming back in the fall.

Perfect for the Beach

A great Beach location, the Beach was uncrowded. A short drive to St Augustine. We also walked to the lagoon boat ramp in the Neighborhood to watch the Sunset, spotted some Dolphins there as well.

Great Condo at the beach

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and very nice. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely book here again!

Great place to stay during bike week.

John has a very nice home. Our trip down was a last minute decision but thankfully this property was available. There was a perfect spot to safely park our trailer and we were able to park our bikes right in front of the condo. Everything worked out well.

Good time in St. Augustine

It was a great experience, very close to town, very clean with all the stuff we needed. Got to practice my tennis skills with my brother, but did not get a chance for the pool, and it was a bit cold but not to cold for a deep in the ocean nearby. Thanks. FD.

Great getaway

Room was way more than expected. Pool area was great. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Unit was clean when we arrived if more linens were needed all you needed to do was call Easy drive to ST. Augustine and resturants Gre as t place to get away and chill Cons were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the ocean at the public accesses

Perfect Spot!

John’s place was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo was super clean and very well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The public beach is about a three minute walk from the front door and isn’t super crowded, even on a Saturday. There is a long boardwalk over the dunes to get to the beach with about 100 stairs, so keep that in mind before you bring a giant cooler. It’s not a bad walk at all, but it’s also not the place to bring your big wagon. Haha. There is access to drive on the beach just down the road as well if that’s your thing. John was the best host. Super responsive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about the stay. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Weeklong visit

The property was really nice. The only thing holding back 5 stars across the board was the shower faucets. Its pretty picky on my part,but we all had issue because they seemed backwards. Otherwise we had a really great stay.

Great location

A quite area that is close to the beach, restaurants and area attractions. The kitchen had many smaller appliances that came in handy especially when your there for a couple months. The only recommendations I would make is to have it deep cleaned and some new furniture. Overall, it’s a place we would come consider coming back to.

Just what we needed

It was just as advertised. Quite location but not far from places to go for the day. Even after a storm the property was already cleaned up with some repairs being done. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. The owner is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Good area.

It does need somewhat maintenance inside the condo . Example, caulk around showers, updating laundry room. But we have been extremely pleased with the area in which it was located.

Ideal vacation

This was our second year at the property, and we will be back next year! Clean, comfy condo across street from beautiful beach. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. John left excellent directions and answered questions quickly. A gem!!!

This is a good property to stay. You need to cross the street to go to the beach but is not far. Place was clean the building is a little old but I saw some renovation going on

Very Enjoyable and Peaceful

The condo had everything we needed. It's located in a peaceful area, though it's on A1A. Not too many tourist, even on the beach.

Great vacation

Super vacation place for family. We took our 2 grandchildren ages 8 and 5 and they were satisfied with the large pool and easy access, close location. It is one block to the beach and has easy access to the public beach walkway to the beach.
