This lovely one bedroom, two bathroom condo has a 400 square foot lanai with picturesque garden and ocean views and Quiet Pool 3 just steps away. Patio equipped with spacious patio seating & chaise lounge. This unit has a newly remodeled kitchen and ideal living room with smart tv. It includes a Cal King size bed and Queen sofa bed. We are sure you will find all of the furnishings and appliances in great condition, and very conducive to a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

This unit is a short 7 minute walk down the green belt (or 2 min drive) to the Beach Pavilion & Keawakapu Beach. This is one of Maui's most pristine beaches and excellent for swimming & snorkeling. Gas bbq's are located at the Pavilion, Quiet Pool #3, and the grass area across the parking lot.

The Beach Pavilion offers a large heated pool, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and plenty of seating. It has a full service kitchen and 4 large gas grills. Great for special gatherings and ideal for sunset dinners.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Pavilion Pool will be closed for repairs Monday August 10th through October 15th 2026. Our rental rate is significantly reduced during this time frame. Pavilion kitchen, BBQ's, fitness center, bathrooms, and showers will be accessible during this project but will be dusty and noisy during the day (8-3). Should still be enjoyable for sunset hours. Our quiet pool right outside the unit will be open but noise restrictions will be more relaxed.
