The property was beautiful. The condo could use some updating, but overall it was really good. It is a timeshare, so they will ask and call you a few times to come to the timeshare presentation.

Matt was great to work with and provided all the details needed to enjoy our stay. Super nice place with lots of amenities! Conveniently located to all of the attractions, food and shopping. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Williamsburg.

The apartment and the amenities were all great. Did not get to enjoy the beautiful outside pool due to the weather. Inside pool and hot tubs were extremely occupied so we did not get to enjoy those either . For our short stay it was a wonderful experience. Myself along with my husband and our 2 daughters were more than comfortable and accommodated.

Beautiful and peaceful setting!

Feels like a home away from home! We were in town for my son's Coast Guard graduation. We were able to have family stay together and were able to have a great visit. Great location in relation to USCG base and sites!

W&M Graduation

Great location, clean condo with lots of amenities. Well appointed and organized kitchen. Was perfect for our 4 night stay for W&M graduation events. The extra space to stretch out and use the pool etc during down time was perfect.

November Vaca

Usually take the grandkids in the fall. Like this resort. It is roomy. Go to Busch and shopping and just hang out.

Large Family

The place was large and clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots. The kids loved the resort amenities (pool, mini golf, billiards) and the resort staff were responsive.

Spring fling

2 adults and 4 teenage girls. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners. We enjoyed the pools, mini golf and billiards. Matt was great to work with and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Great place, great service

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The very few issues we had like closet door was off the track, sheets for sleeper sofa unable to find were promptly fixed. Great experience. We intend to return.

The property is clean. Beds are super comfortable. Property is dated. Need to modernize tv's. Very limited space for food.

Fantastic location

We love staying at this resort as it’s in a fantastic location and has a couple of great amenities on the property. This trip the room wasn’t as good as we’ve had in the past. It as as if we may have been at the older side of the property. Still had everything we needed and worked just fine. Owners listing was spot on and they were wonderful about communicating
