Week long stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this cabin for about 9 days. We loved the location, it was perfectly nestled in the woods yet close enough to drive into town without a long drive. We got to see wildlife and the neighbors were friendly. The house was great overall, but the floors were pretty damaged inside and the rugs had a strong urine odor that made it hard to be in the pool table area. I would recommend adding a few more silverware items, there was only about 4 forks and spoons which made it hard if you had a meal twice a day you’d need to run the dishwasher or wash the dishes between meals, also a strainer would be a great addition to the property if possible. Finally, the hot tub was a great addition but there were no pool towels, just the normal bathroom towels which was fine for us since it was just two, but we needed to wash towels every couple days since it was our bath towels too. Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and property in general and would stay here again!

Great spot for a man that just proposed to his fiancé great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good the only thing I would say is it may need to be sprayed for pest but I do understand it’s a wood cabin and where in the mountains but it was a few insects, bees, wasps, and spiders that we saw in the cabin but over all great I would refer or tell all my friends to come and take a trip at Gatlinburg Elk Springs resort thanks for the great experience
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 13 may. 2026
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re very glad to hear you had a great overall experience and that you would recommend us to your friends. We also appreciate you bringing the pest activity to our attention. Being in a wooded mountain environment, occasional insects can sometimes make their way indoors, but we take concerns like this seriously and will be sure to have our team inspect and treat the cabin as needed. Thank you again for your understanding and kind words. We’d love the opportunity to host you again on a future trip to Gatlinburg.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was not as described in the overview. There was not a “king suite on the main floor”. No king bed at all and had a lot of stairs to navigate. Porch was not usable due to large black ants. Needed to be deep cleaned. Smelled stale.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 29 may. 2026

Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these concerns can be properly reviewed and addressed.
