Enter into the Great Room of this three-bedroom vacation home here in Lutsen and be amazed by the majesty of the Great Lake. With commanding 180 degree views of Lake Superior, your stay is enhanced with a massive natural stone fireplace combined with a walk-out deck having the big lake serve as your companion.

Baileys on the Lake is a peaceful getaway from the big city. Located down a quiet dead-end gravel road, you can't even see a neighbor from this property. Take a stroll down to the large, private ledge rock beach area that butts up against a gentle river to really enjoy the surrounding beauty. Surrounded by trees and foliage, you feel like you're camping in the Great Outdoors while in the comfort of a modern, cozy home.

The fully renovated, well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances so you can prepare meals during your stay. Prefer to eat out? We scheduled this reservation at the very last minute, and the quick responsiveness was awesome. The property is great for a couple looking to get away and digitally disconnect. We sat for hours on the balcony, smelling the fresh air and listening to the crashing waves directly below us. The cozy cabin has everything you could need for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property on the North Shore. The home was incredibly charming, cozy, and full of character, and the views over Lake Superior were absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the North Shore. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and we really appreciated all the little details that made the stay feel special. Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely stay again.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view of Lake Superior was AMAZING from the deck! We had a very nice and relaxing time. My family enjoyed climbing on the shoreline rocks, playing games, and reading in the comfy corner lounger. We had everything we needed. Great place and we will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bailey’s. The listing appeared really new on VRBO when we booked but the guestbook dates back years. The current property managers were excellent to deal with. The property was in perfect shape. We enjoyed looking at the original floor plans framed along the walls and enjoyed the wholesome cabin experience with every amenity you could need - and THEN some. We were traveling with a 4 yr old, so the sheer abundance of legos and board games really made his week. The real star of the show here though was the view privacy. Unmatched. Walking down to the water on the private staircase was a beautiful surprise. So serene and yet so close to everything. We made day trips to all the area state parks for waterfall hikes every day and even up to the border for Grand Portage. We can’t wait to come back.
