All knotty pine with great views of Lake Superior from this cute four season home located on a very peaceful and private setting. This wonderful home has appliances, beds, furniture, deck furniture, furnace and super deck. Everything you need for the best in restful vacations.

A beautiful lake stone wood fireplace adorns the vaulted living room with breath taking views of the lake.

We are a pet friendly property with plenty of trails near by to get you and Fido some great exercise. See the great waterfalls at Cascade Beach State Park only a mile or so away.

Located on Cascade Beach Road....Only 8 miles from Lutsen Mountain!

We’ve stayed at this cabin multiple times and always enjoy it. It’s quiet, secluded, and has an amazing view of the waves crashing on the rocks. A perfect place to recharge and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Perfect getaway on north shore

We stayed for second year and have a great time! Cabin is clean and nicely organized. The view is gorgeous and peaceful. We saw a lot of wildlife on trails and had a nice meal in local restaurants. Highly recommended! Oh, and our dogs like it too :-)

Peaceful cabin

Very peaceful and lovely home with a stunning view of Lake Superior. The private location made for the perfect retreat. Really happy with our stay and the dogs enjoyed it too!

Just the place we needed

Superior Solitude was perfect for a much-needed relaxing week with friends. The location and view are beautiful. The cabin is well kept and stocked with all the linens, kitchen ware, and amenities we needed. We all highly recommend it and hope to be able to stay again sometime.

Peaceful setting

The cabin was very clean and everything worked well. We always enjoy this place especially the solitude and the view. The WiFi is a great addition. Nice to be close to hiking and good places to eat.

Nice family vacation

We enjoy our stay very much. Spectacular view from balcony, nice hiking, close proximity to stores and restaurants. Mosquitos eat us alive, but otherwise walking or driving around was pleasant and we saw much wildlife including bears (no moose though). Highly recommended.

Cozy Relaxed

The cabin is perfect for us - it is cozy and relaxing. We bundle up and sit on the deck with a cup of tea and look out to the water and listen to the waves.

Much needed Solitude

Great property, beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Cozy cabin, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens! Loved having the fireplace with wood provided. We had a great weekend!

Stunning

Absolutely the perfect place, perfect location. Very private, relaxing and impeccable home! Listening to the waves all day long, watching the beauty and wonder of Lake Superior right from the windows or out on the awesome deck was so captivating. Walked along the rocks…looked at the night sky…it was magical in every sense of the word! We will definitely return!

Love this property

The perfect cabin to enjoy sunrises over the lake. Two bedrooms plus a huge loft with bed makes it a great option for families and friend groups. Fully stocked kitchen, mud room for all the adventuring gear, sweet living room. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and keep coming back.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is beautiful and was a peaceful place for us to stay while our son rode in the Lutsen 99er. The cabin was as pictured. It was clean, and had everything we needed, but not fancy. The big windows and decks facing the water were wonderful. We hope to return!

Hygge Cabin 💕

This cabin is the definition of Hygge!! It is coldly warm comfortable yet updated kitchen and bathroom for all your needs. The large stone fireplace is A++ Highly recommend 5⭐s very clean ,description was spot on and owners are very attentive and easy to work with Felt like a home away from home

Great place

This was such a lovely place. Very clean. Great character. I love all the little extras that add quality like the organic lotions and soaps and the quality linens and towels. Beautiful view from the deck. Loved to sit down along the shore and listen to the waves every night. Awesome location close to Grand Marais for shopping and great food and lots of hikes within a very close distance. Would definitely go back!

Perfect location for us

Stunning location right at the lake and away from Highway 61. Close to Lutsen, Cascade SP and Grand Marais, where we spend a lot of time. Easy to walk and bike on the Cascade Beach Rd (very little traffic). The cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed, we even had access to the garage for our bikes, a nice bonus. The lakeshore was wonderful, we saw otters, bald eagles, loons, various ducks. The wrap around deck rivals the shoreline for experiencing the lake. We especially appreciate that dogs are welcome. The owners were available and very responsive. We loved this property and hope to return many times.
