The house was well stocked and very clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how crowded the beach got. I believe it said it was a private beach, but if didn’t feel that way at all.

Perfect Location!

We went to celebrate my husbands 60th and this location was perfect. Plenty of space for all, extremely comfortable beds, close to so many restaurants… highly recommend!

7th year coming to 30a

We have stayed in the Sunset Villa 7 years in a row. This time we brought our son’s girlfriend. The house and set up was perfect for bringing significant others. The walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful in all aspects.

Our stay in Rosemary Beach was fantastic! The accommodations were simply perfect. Everything you would require for an extended visit was provided by the homeowners. Pelican Watch was very spacious, extremely clean and in a convenient location to everything along 30A. Wonderful restaurants, shops, bike path, beach, pool, etc. were all within a very short walk. A quick drive provided easy access to everything else in the area. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of a property!

Girls trip

Perfect house for a girls trip! It’s close to the beach and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! We loved have a bathroom for each bedroom, as well as an extra full bath on the main floor. The beach is pretty crowded because it is the public access for a lot of the area, but we knew that going in. Would definitely recommend!

Spectacular Senior Trip

What an amazing experience! The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and every aspect was perfect! From the great accommodations to the gorgeous water to the bikes included in our rental, we could not have had a better time. Thank you for an excellent experience! 'Excited to return soon!

Beach vaca

Lovely time at this space. Super clean and well equipped. Re community— Bikes weren’t really allowed in the gated space, which was a bummer for the kids. Also no golf carts allowed. Beach access was great and well protected by security.

The home was great. It was well furnished and very comfortable for six of us. We plan to stay here again in the future. My only complaint was the crowded beach. It doesn't seem like the space available at our beach access point was sufficient. We managed by going down to the public access at Inlet Beach.

Comfortable & clean

Accurate representation. Comfortable and well equipped accommodations. Quick response by management to request for additional info. Fairly tight garage space. Confusing door lock operations.

Great home and location!!

Absolutely beautiful home, perfect location for a family with 5 children ranging from 3-17. We loved the home and were able to walk to restaurants, super close to beach, and little grocery store down the road. The only issue we had was an electrical issue with the property and unfortunately didn’t have lights in kitchen/dinning room. The owners are going to credit us a little as eating in the dark with kiddos was an interesting experience. We are still waiting on the credit but otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay!

Pelican Watch

The Home was beautiful and just like it was described in the listing. (except the foosball table was rusted and broke) Great Location. Only had issue with management company when we were locked out the home because the keypad needed a new battery. The number to call you could not leave a message. After an hour, I finally got a response after many text, from the management company, but it took them another hour to arrive and get us back into the house. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Very nice property that was just as pretty as the pictures made it look. Had no issues with the property or communications with the property manager. The location was very nice with just a short walk to Rosemary Beach and all the shops that are there. We had a total of three couples and two small children ages 4 and 6 and the layout of the house gave everyone the privacy they needed. The beach is just a short walk from the unit and very clean but is somewhat crowded at times, so if you want a spot close to the water you’ll have to set-up your chairs very early (6:00/6:30am) or you’ll be sitting behind a lot of other people. We just sat our spot up and then went back to the unit and ate breakfast and went back to the beach around 9:00. The rules are very strict for the beach (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing no rolling ice chest, rolling beach wagons or carts, no pop-up tents and if you don’t have your arm band on they will turn you away. Overall, it was an excellent location and I’d definitely stay there again.
