Our 4th Floor Gulf View, Poolside Condo has the best view of the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool at High Pointe and the Gulf beyond. Big view of the Gulf over the Pool and Crabby Steves!

I have updated the bathroom pics that were taken by the contractor.
Here is the scope of work for the remodel:
Remove current ceilings and raise them as much as possible which will require also raising the sprinkler heads. The combo tub / shower in the master has been removed and tile shower will be installed. The 2nd bath will also have the tub shower combo removed and a new low profile tub w/ tile and new fixtures installed. They are removing all the old trim and replacing it with a more modern look and a full repaint. A backsplash will be added to the kitchen. Both the laundry closet and the pantry will be revamped.
In addition to all of that we have new linens, beach towels, bar stools, new high end cookware and cooking utensils, coffee maker and are continually adding to that list. For your convenience we also provide a very nice Yeti Cooler and Beach Wagon to haul your gear to the pool and or the beach where we provide COMPLEMENTARY Beach Set Up (that's 1 Umbrella + 2 Beach Chairs through La Dolce Vita).
Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as SoWal wakes up and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head up to the condo for a sandwich and relax on the balcony while keeping an eye on the kids enjoying the pool and waterfalls.
As the day heats up take a short walk to the Sugar Shack in Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Treat the kids to a toy at GiGi's. Return to your umbrella and enjoy magic hour as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening.
Dinner time. Walk to Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine. As sunset time approaches head down to the board walk for a toast to a beautiful SoWal sunset. You have just experienced a day at High Pointe.

Great place and location. Host was very easy to reach. One of the gate guards did not want to let us in until 4 pm but after a few calls we were able to enter the property, he could have been more polite since this is a high end place. Condo was clean, very bright and organized. I would stay again.

This property was perfect for our stay! Easy walk to the beach, the pool, and quick walk to great restaurants. The wagon at this property made it easy to tote everything and our kids down to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

We had such an amazing week! This newly renovated condo felt fresh and clean - perfect for our family. We appreciated that the beach chairs and umbrella were included with the stay, along with the new beach wagon, beach towels and cooler! The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and gulf was beautiful. The host, Frank, is an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay!

I loved this property and location. Great views of the ocean, accessibility to the private beach, and walkability of the area. The property was in great condition and well kept, communication was clear and focused. I’ll be back!

This property and owner are fantastic. During our stay we had a few questions and they were attentive and responded promptly. We will be back due to the great views but also the fantastic ownership. Highly recommend this property and owner.

Condo was fabulous and host was quick to respond with questions I had. We love High Pointe for its location to Rosemary, beach access and Crabby Steves!

Perfect spot to have a view of the gulf. Accommodations met are families wants and needs. It was a great vacation and a place to stay!

After our 1st trip in 2002 to High Pointe we were hooked and knew it was the right place for us and our young family. I am a Realtor in Chattanooga, TN where we live and raise our two boys. We chose unit 423 at High Pointe because of it's location in the complex, view over the pool and Gulf beyond. My wife's favorite place in our condo is the balcony where she can sip coffee or a cool drink and still keep an eye on the kids as they play in the 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool. We are also just a short stroll to the beach walkover and steps to Rosemary Beach and all it has to offer. You can literally park your car for days at a time.

Another great benefit of unit 423 is the ability to hear and see the lighted, interactive, musical fountain at Seacrest Village from our front door. Kids and adults both enjoy playing in this interactive water feature. We are also ideally located close to the tennis courts and shuffle board court and the kids playground. Just outside of the gated entrance and across 30A is Wild Olives and the Summer Kitchen. Both are awesome choices for casual dining.
