Your Thanksgiving Feast Deserves This Kitchen

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo’s convenient location, pool views, and proximity to the tram stop, shops, and beach. We’re certainly sorry that the unexpected air-conditioning failure put a damper on part of your stay. We understand how uncomfortable a loss of air conditioning can be, particularly in the Florida heat and humidity, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to get it resolved. For the benefit of future guests reading this review, we do want to clarify that we were first notified of the problem at approximately 9:15 PM. One of our local team members was at the condo by approximately 9:30 PM and, after his efforts were unsuccessful, immediately escalated the issue to our trusted HVAC service provider. The HVAC technician arrived at approximately 11:30 PM and was able to diagnose and resolve the problem shortly thereafter. While unexpected mechanical failures are unfortunately sometimes beyond anyone’s control, our priority is always to respond as quickly as possible and do everything we reasonably can to minimize the inconvenience to our guests. We’re pleased to hear that, despite the disruption, you would consider staying with us again. We’d be very happy to welcome you back!
