Great place with tons of space. The kids loved it and great location near Rocky Mountain NP. A little warm in July heat though... Air conditioning isn't common in Colorado, so there was no AC as we thought but there were lots of fans and good windows.

The house was very clean, well stocked and super convenient to Lake Estes and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice but several things are overlooked. I have stayed at many Vrbo's and this is the first time that I have stayed somewhere that the beds and pillows were absolutely miserable in every room. Very cheap quality. None of us had a good nights sleep which definitely affected the enjoyment of our trip.

Very comfortable!

Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a quiet area and easily accessible to and from downtown Estes. Lovely prairie dog colony in backyard that we loved! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. There’s no air conditioning so the master bedroom and kitchen area can get hot. The sofa is well loved and could use an upgrade. My two suggestions would be to add a sun awning to balcony to allow for shade. Otherwise the balcony has full sun all day. And the sheets, towels and toilet paper supplied by the management company are motel quality and awful. The home is well stocked with fans, pack n play, appliances, games, and TVs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The only thing that would have made it better was AC. It got pretty warm in the afternoons/evenings, but opening the windows and turning on the fans cooled it by bedtime. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this townhouse meet our expectations and the listing stated everything accurately. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in the unit. The place was clean and had ample room for us to hang out. We loved the balcony to observed the visiting Elk. Although there was no a/c the evenings cooled down and we were able to open the windows and run bc a fan. Part of our crew walked to the visitor center to take the shuttle to the park, location was great!! We could also walk to Estes Lake. Hope to be back.
