Cozy and very inviting, this charming, family-friendly cabin is ideal for a quiet getaway to Estes Park. Enjoy incredible mountain views from inside and out along with all the comforts and amenities you need for a truly relaxing time. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the casual table for eight or at the more formal, fireside dining table with seating for six. The living area will wrap you up like a warm blanket as you watch TV, read one of the many provided books, or just watch the flames dance in the fireplace. And as this home includes a private washer/dryer, you can pack light and stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

Located within a short drive (or even a casual stroll) of Rocky Mountain National Park, this home is in a perfect location to experience the outdoors and make the most of your time away. Start your day with fresh-brewed coffee from Coffee on the Rocks, located just a couple miles east, offering outdoor seating, great service, and terrific views of a neighboring duck pond. When you want to sample some local food, you'll find several restaurants close by including Scratch Deli & Bakery, Bird & Jim, and Boss Burgers and Gyros, all about a mile from your door. The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. So conveniently located, right next to the park. We loved the deck with its gorgeous mountain-facing, broad views. Would book this house again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous visit to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and the cabin was absolutely perfect! Great location and amazing views!! Clean and comfortable. Especially loved spending time outside on the deck.

Always nice coming back to RMNP. Could not begin to describe the view from the deck with the snow on the mountains. Will definitely come back when in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The views of Longs Peaks and RMNP were stunning. One of our favorite parts was enjoying coffee in the mornings on the deck and watching the deer and the birds go by. The cabin was comfortable, with cozy beds, and everything was exceptionally clean. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the surrounding area and RMNP.We did have a small issue with the coffee maker, but it was quickly resolved. A new coffee maker was left on the porch for us, and it was there waiting when we returned from a day of hiking. We really appreciated the quick and thoughtful response!We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay with incredible mountain views and a peaceful setting.

Very nice and clean cabin. Excellent location just outside RMNP. Just up the hill from town but still a great view of the mountains.

Great location!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our RMNP hiking trip! The only challenge was the driveway (VERY rough), but the house was great and the location is unbeatable!

First, and like others have said, this cabin was exceptionally clean. That's a testament to the management company and their crew. Everything was in working order and as advertised.You would be hard pressed to find a better location in Estes. Out of the downtown crowds but still very close. And you can walk to the RMNP entrance sign and visitor center. Traveling with my mother, we spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck, taking in the awesome views. It truly was perfect!! It is clear that the owners take pride in this property. We will definitely come back!

Anniversary trip

What a superb cabin to rest and recharge! Around the corner from Rocky mountain National Park. Everything you need to make this stay fabulous. The furnishings were comfortable and extremely clean. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and located near the park. The views from the deck and from inside the property were great. The road to the house was a bit washed out/rutted, so you may want to consider that if you're driving a vehicle with minimal ground clearance. Also, the door code is 10 numbers long, so you may wish to write it down or save it somewhere easily accessible (unless you have a great memory).The property management company didn't know the wifi password, so that was a bit of a bummer, so hopefully that gets resolved if you need to bring your laptop for work (I ended up using public Wi-Fi in town, and the property management company offered me a credit). Overall, great location. We would come back.

Ideal location

Ideally located between Estes Park and RMNP. On multiple days we had elk walking past the deck. This property did not have air-conditioning, but it cooled off nicely in the evenings.

Great stay at Longs Peak Lookout Cabin, Estes Park, CO.

We had a great stay at this cabin, which is perfectly located at the entrance to the Rocky Mountains National Park. Upon our arrival the cabin was in spotless condition, clean, tidy and equipped with fitting furniture and wifi. It's a perfect base for adventures into the National Park, or Estes Park itself for that matter. Fantastic views from the cabin and very quiet area. We were kept well informed/updated prior to arrival. Can highly recommend both the cabin and the operator!

Unforgettable Summer vacation

This property is a wonderful homemade for your RMNP adventures. It is located so close to the park entrance and also is close to downtown Estes park. My family and I enjoyed hiking in the park for 4 days and looked forward to coming back to this wonderful cabin to rest and recharge and do it again. The views from every window are amazing, the communication from the property manager is easy, and the amenities are just what you need. Highly recommend this property and hopefully we will return to further explore the park!

Wow!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Two adult female friends shared the space. Felt very safe, and the space was very clean. Saw 30 or so elk in the yard just off the deck. Fantastic! Would definitely stay again! We especially enjoyed the personalized touches of what appeared to be owner’s historical family photos.

Weekend away

We enjoyed the town and the activities that we had planned. The Murphy bed was very hard so if you have a bad back be prepared to either sleep on the couch or in the king bed. In the room with the Murphy bed there is a lot of family photos very nice to see but definitely felt like someone was watching you. My toddlers didn’t want to stay in the room they were “scared”. Overall it was a nice stay got to see the deer every morning and elk as well. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent location and atmosphere

We greatly enjoyed this rental near the gates of Rocky Mountain National Park. There was a problem with the code lock that never got resolved, but the 800 number helped us get into the extra key. No one ever came to fix it, even though they said they were sending someone, so we used the single key our entire stay. One other issue: cabins in this area don't have a/c, so it got stuffy at night. We weren't sure whether it was safe to sleep with our windows open due to bears. A ceiling fan or two would have helped. But overall, it was lovely. The deck provides an awesome view, and the library and kitchen were well stocked with books and supplies. We'd definitely stay here again.

This cabin near RMNP was great for my family - all four of us were very comfortable here. The views of Longs Peak are incredible and you are close to the park and amenities in Estes Park. Would highly recommend this cabin for other travelers, and we would love to stay here again some day.
