The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath, providing a comfortable retreat. A queen bedroom and a bunk room—equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds—both enjoy views of St. Joe Bay, adding a scenic backdrop to your stay. A queen sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping flexibility.

Step outside to an inviting outdoor space ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A golf cart is included for easy access to nearby community amenities, including pools, dining, and the town center, making it simple to enjoy everything the area has to offer without getting in the car.

Whether you are visiting for a family getaway or a relaxing coastal escape, this townhome combines convenience, comfort, and gulf views in an ideal location.

The complimentary golf cart is provided for your convenience and is used entirely at the renter’s own risk. Guests are responsible for following all local laws and operating the golf cart safely. Golf carts may not legally cross U.S. Highway 98, however, you will see others doing so. The renter assumes all responsibility for any accidents, injuries, damages, fines, or citations resulting from it’s use. The Golf Cart is complimentary and could be removed or restricted at any point without notice.

We had an amazing week here at Aqua Vista! The property is clean and beautiful, it comfortably fit our family of 6. The neighborhood is quiet and private, which was so nice! The host is phenomenal, keeping very open communication, not only during our stay, but also leading up to our trip. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a Port St. Joe vacation.

Beautiful townhome close to beautiful Gulf beaches. Ocean view from back porch of home. Exactly as pictured and described. Easy check-in and check-out. Great communication with host! Golf cart was a nice addition for the location. Great experience overall!

Great location! We met our son and his family and it was perfect. Our Host was available 24/7. Beautiful ocean view. So convenient to town and Beaches. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had an amazing time! The house was very nice and clean! The ride to the beach was not very long at all and the included golf cart made that much more enjoyable! The pools were further away from the condo than we realized. It did not affect our stay at all because we were there for the BEACH!!! Hunts was definitely the best seafood we had while we were there! We had an amazing time and had an amazing host! They were so responsive when asked about the possibility of checking in early.

This was one of our favorite beach vacations ever! The unit was very conveniently located to all that Port St Joe, cape San Blass, and Mexico Beach has to offer. The golf cart was so helpful in carting down all our supplies to the beach. We loved the slower pace of PSJ and my husband and I were so happy to not have a crowded beach in which we have to set up at sunrise just to get a spot with a view of the ocean like other popular beaches in Florida. Even on the busiest days the crowd was minimal! Dustin was available and quickly responded to a text (his neighbor caught an alligator and I thought he might want to see) and although we had zero issues I know he would have been quick to resolve it if we had! Perfect place for a family to stay and explore. I highly recommend this beach and this unit! 10/10!

New townhome and nicely decorated. Disappointed in the very limited view and location. Wished there were blinds on the door leading out back since it the main road had alot of traffic.

Ok stay. The pictures about the pool in the listing are misleading making you think that the pool is in the same development but it’s not it is actually 5 minutes (1.3 miles) by car. So everyday we had to take the car which was inconvenient for us. Listing also says that the golf cart is included and can be used to get to the pool and the beach but we couldn’t use it because there’s a busy highway and the golf cart cannot be driven across it. There’s even a sign posted on the stop sign when you enter highway 98 “golf carts prohibited beyond this point”. Wouldn’t stay at the property again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condominium. The pictures do not do it justice, it’s so much nicer in person. I didn’t realize it was a a new condominium. It smells brand new when you walk in the door. Beautifully decorated and clean. Everything you need is there including beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Plus many extras items for a whole family to visit the beach. The golf cart is a plus! We will definitely be back! The owners respond quickly if you need anything and are very helpful. Thank you Dustin and Nicole!

This is our first time at Port St.Joe. We enjoy our stay. The place was so nice and clean. Dustin was a great host. He reach out consistently. Gave great information and instructions for the place. The golf cart was a plus with this stay. Since the beach was across the street. Our kids enjoy the stay. I definitely would love to come back and recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse was brand new, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The beach was directly across the street, making it an easy walk. While the road is a bit busy since it's the main highway, the beach itself was quiet and we often felt like we had it almost to ourselves. A golf cart was included, which was a nice bonus, although we didn't end up using it.

Had a great time in Port St Joe with the family. Food was fantastic, views were great and the amenities were spot on. This was a fantastic property and with the golf cart included made accessing the pool and beach a breeze! The property itself was relatively new and super clean. We ate in couple nights and cooked the speckled trout and scallops we caught earlier in the week in Steinhatchee, FL. We had all the tools and then some to prepare 2 great meals at the property. Thank you Dustin and Nicole for welcoming us into your home!
