Unwind in North Haven at this spacious and welcoming Cape-style home—perfect for families, groups, or guests visiting the area for work or school. With hardwood floors throughout, a smart layout, and easy access to I-91, it’s a comfortable home base close to everything.
The home features four bedrooms with sleeping arrangements that include two queen beds, one full bed, and one twin bed, along with two full bathrooms with showers and hair dryers for added convenience.
One of the best features of this home is the layout: the first floor includes an eat-in kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom, while the second floor offers two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom—a great setup for families or groups who want a little extra space and privacy.
Downstairs, the unfinished basement includes a washer and dryer and offers room for extra storage during longer stays.
Outside, enjoy a large half-acre backyard, fenced on two sides, with plenty of space to relax or play. The driveway provides off-street parking for up to four cars, making group travel easy.
Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, with quick highway access, this home is also just 5 minutes from Quinnipiac University School of Law, making it a great option for campus visits or longer stays.
