This rental is very convenient to downtown Rapid City. The host is very responsive and the unit is very good.

The property was basic and in a pretty good location. There were a few small items that could be updated or made better, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and other items. The washer and dryer were very efficient and a quick turnaround. The second bedroom was difficult in that the person sleeping on the Queen under the bunk had to climb over the other person to get to the bathroom. Overall the apt was spacious and had enough room for the four of us. Good communication with the host and the book about the place, restaurants and area attractions was helpful.

Great location! Quiet and not far from highway, grocery or airport. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything needed, lots of soft towels. Host is fabulous and communication clear and concise. Great neighborhood. Would stay here again!

DO NOT BOOK! Sadly we had the misfortune to book this condo with hosts Jacob and Morgan and had the worst experience we’ve ever haFirstly, we were given the wrong address due to a “copy and paste error” and arrived at a property occupied by another family. We could access it because we’d been sent the full entry codes. Once we found the correct address, we discovered someone was already inside and asleep. Due to a lockbox issue—the same code was apparently used for all properties—another guest had entered and made himself at home. Thankfully, he was understanding, as finding a stranger asleep at 1:30am could have gone horribly wrong.Despite admitting the errors were entirely their fault, the hosts refused to offer any compensation for the stress caused to our family.They then sent an unnecessarily rude message accusing us of checking out late and delaying their unseen cleaners. Their listing clearly stated in two places checkout was 11am. We left before 10:20am, having completed their lengthy list of checkout instructions, which included cleaning up after the other guest.The property itself was also disappointing: stained carpets, a strong musty/damp smell from the washing machine area that permeated all rooms, and a poorly fitted bedroom aircon unit attached to the patio door with cardboard and duct tape, meaning the balcony door could no longer be opened.A dreadful experience from start to finish—by far the worst we’ve ever had. ‼DO NOT BOOK‼

It was a good quiet spot. There was a weird smell as soon as you walk in, got used to it but it smelt pretty strong. The washer when you opened it smelt absolutely horrible, like wet clothes have been sitting it for a weeks. The faucet and shower heads were pretty dirty. It was good overall for a night but opening the washer really grossed me out because that’s what your sleeping in when you clean the sheets.
