We had a great stay. Perfect accommodations for my wife and I to visit all the local attractions in the Black Hills area. Location was very close to downtown and easily walkable to dining and entertainment spots.

The house is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all attractions in the area. There is dedicated parking which is helpful. The hosts are attentive, responsive, and checked on us during our stay which was appreciated. The home is setback from a busy street, with minimal traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. Place was a good size with great location. We used the space as a base camp for all of our travels in the Black hills during our stay. You can get two pretty much any of the state parks or national monuments within an hour's drive which is perfect for my wife and I. The place had everything that you need for a short stay or an extended stay.

We spent a week in SD and the house was in a great location to visit surrounding national parks and do some hiking. Jami was quick to respond to inquires and requests, and we especially enjoyed the visitor guide they put together - very informative and creative. There are several homes of varying sizes available to rent from Jami and Matt in their little "village" which they have set up to be very cozy and comfortable. If we find ourselves in need of a place to stay in SD in the future, we will definitely rent from them again.

No expense was spared remodeling this one-bedroom bungalow. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and finishes. Our guests also enjoy the spacious king bed in the master bedroom and the private patio off the bedroom. We hope that you were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the home and the sights. Great location

Great location, walking distance to downtown, and reasonable drives to all the attractions, ie. Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Spearfish, Deadwood, etc….the Bungalow is cozy. The kitchen is recently renovated and very functional.

Nice place for a couple

This is a very quaint property in a good location for easy access to what the area has to offer. It is a great property for a couple to stay at. It is located by downtown so easy access to eating/drinking establishments.

Great stay in Rapid City

Great property. Walking distance to all of downtown with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Will stay again on the next trip. Communication with the hosts was flawless and they responded to all messages within minutes.

Great one bedroom in Rapid City

This place is great if you want to be near downtown. It is very clean and well kept. It is only short walk to some of the restaurants and shops nearby.

Wonderful Accommodation!

Very comfortable, clean and well furnished. A perfect accommodation for us to visit our new grandson in Rapid City! The location enabled us to help out when needed (or not needed), explore downtown and get lost in the beautiful Black Hills!

The Village at St. Joseph offers five beautifully renovated homes perfect for families or groups of friends, giving guests the chance to stay close together while still enjoying private spaces. Next door to this bungalow is a three-bedroom home, and elsewhere on the property, there’s a two-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom apartment, and a studio apartment, along with two additional one-bedroom bungalows. Guests can gather in the outdoor commons area to take in the surroundings and make lasting memories.

Located downtown, the homes are within walking distance of favorite breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as popular hiking and biking spots like M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park—great for a quick workout. The location also offers easy access to Rapid City’s main intersections, I-90, and Mt. Rushmore.

You’ll often find me, Jami, around the homes, personally cleaning and adding special touches to make guests feel welcome. I also love working outdoors, spending time each year enhancing the landscaping to keep the property beautiful.
