Located just minutes away from shops, dining, and both River Run Village and Mountain House base area, this cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo provides the perfect home base for your Keystone adventures. Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably across two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

The living area offers comfortable seating surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and TV. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the outdoor seating, crisp mountain air, and ski-slope views. The full kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare a home-cooked meal. The breakfast bar offers seating for three, while the dining table offers seating for six for more formal meals.

The bedroom provides 2 queen beds, both on our Ultra Premium Linens and Ivory White bedding program for maximum comfort. The bathroom offers a jetted tub with shower.

The Liftside complex offers top-notch amenities, including a poolhouse with a heated pool, a 10-person hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, coin laundry facilities, and numerous nearby hiking and biking trails. With its prime location offering breathtaking mountain views, this condo is ideal for outdoor adventures year-round, whether skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Access to the property requires stairs. There are approximately 30 steps in total. Please note that there is an upstairs lock-off unit that is NOT accessible to guests.

Room was ok, toaster was shot, and the little water heater did not even come close to being enough for 3 people, bathtub/ hot tub, difficult to get the drain plug in and not leak, and then with the lack of hot water it wasn’t used much.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
