We are walking distance from grocery stores and also a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, local city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment, Primary Children's Hospital, and everything else. Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. Classic wood trim throughout the large open living room leads to a large covered balcony-a great space for your morning coffee, or evening meals on warm nights. This unit was excellent for our needs. We were spending time with family who lived nearby, and they just had a short drive or long walk over. And the ample living room space and 6-person dining table made it really easy to have some meals, family time, and games together. There are a lot of restaurant options in the area that are within a walkable distance. We really enjoyed our visit there!

A great location for a visit to see our daughter. Walkable to grocery stores and some restaurants. Extremely clean and the bonus was warm, welcoming touches when we showed up. Incredibly fast communication too.

We were in SLC for a medical surgery at Primary Children's Hospital. The place was PERFECT for what we needed. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was secure. I will definitely stay here again, as we will be returning for follow-up visits. Highly recommend this apt.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness of the unit and it's closeness to the city. Also, Misty and Charles were amazing hosts and so kind to us. We would definitely stay there again. :)

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. I would venture to say this was one of my favorite VRBOs to stay at and we’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and bed and breakfast type places. The apartment had a lovely historic charm and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed making breakfast and eating on the balcony. I especially loved the French doors and how they opened into the living room. The apartment was within walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, concert venues, public transit, and grocery stores. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our names were also written on the chalkboard when we entered from the back of the apartment from the parking lot, which was a nice personal touch. We also liked that we had our own parking space! I would certainly stay here again next time we’re in SLC!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great care had gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming.The host was just as amazing—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Communication was easy, and every detail was handled with care.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. We stayed here for two nights with our preteen/teenage kids. The apartment is lovely, is conveniently located within walking distance to shops/restaurants and the train, and has a spectacular view of sunrise over the mountains from the front balcony. We got to the city a few hours before check in, and the host kindly gave us early access, which we appreciated, as we were very tired from traveling. I highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a convenient and attractive stay in SLC!
