Welcome! Experience the Best of Salt Lake City in this charming historic apartment with modern updates. With secure entry and private free parking. We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are within walking distance of grocery stores, a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment options, Primary Children's Hospital, and more.

Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Private Office, for all of you Remote workers! Original hardwood floors and wood trim throughout the large open living room lead to a large balcony.

Guests can enjoy amenities like Google Fiber internet. Central Air offers heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, and more!

Whether exploring the city or relaxing indoors, this terrific apartment is the perfect home base for your trip. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. It was directly across from our college daughter’s apartment complex, which was so convenient and we would love to stay again here sometime!

Really nice and very conveniently located. It is an older building. Can hear people walking upstairs. Finding the driveway the first time is a trick. It is BEFORE the property. Misty was a great host.
