This property was very up to date inside and out. Very close to the beaches and restaurants. Lemon Bay Park is less than a mile away. We went there every day and walked a very nice trail. Would definitely stay here again.

The cutest little house, perfect location had all the touches that we needed… Keurig, beach, chairs and towels, screened in patio with a pool!

The house is adorably furnished. The pool was wonderful to use. It’s near Dearbourn Street that had a lot of cute places to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact, we wish we had stayed longer rather than traveling to a different location after only three nights! We had a little setback with the pool on arrival, and the owner was quick to respond and we were swimming the next morning!The house is immaculate, and well appointed, and the neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The shops and restaurants on Dearborn are charming and fun, and only a short walk away. The beaches are only a short drive. If back in the area I would definitely stay here again!

The house was adorable. Michael the owner was wonderful. I couldn’t open one of the umbrellas and Michael came and put it up for me. The pool was perfect. The house had everything I needed. It was super clean. I would stay again when I come back to Florida. I didn’t want to leave.

Our host was awesome and great with communication. The house is new and has a great patio and pool area. The house has everything you will need and is super clean. In a great neighborhood close to Dearborn Street and grocery stores. Only a 10 min drive to the beach. The Beds are super comfortable. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!

What a great place and great location! Very well maintained property and pool area is terrific! We also found its location to the Dearborn street district so convenient. Places to shop, eat, and drink so close. We went to arts fair and a music festival down there, basically walkable if you wanted. Englewood beach is about 15 minutes away, downtown Venice only about 20. Host is very responsive. Home furnishings are very comfortable . Absolutely staying here again!

We found this to be a wonderful property in a quiet and walkable neighborhood close to quaint shops and lively bar/ restaurants as well as area beaches. The home is comfortable in all respects. It was well stocked with high quality products. The home security and WiFi were very good. The pool is fabulous and the yard is so big with landscaping that is well maintained. Communication with the owner was easy. We highly recommend a stay here.

You won’t be disappointed! What a wonderful home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Englewood/Venice…and this little gem was the perfect spot for home base. The house is clean/neat, well decorated/appointed, and stocked with everything you need…and then some. (The adjustable bed in the master was a very nice surprise). It has an amazing yard with a great pool/exterior space to stay in…and convenient to Dearborn Street, as well as the marinas/ beaches to go out. Thank you, Michael…it was perfect!

An inviting, well-equipped, user-friendly, comfortable home. Located in a quiet peaceful-feeling neighborhood, the property is also close to many wonderful adventure opportunities (beaches, biking trails, kayaking, warm springs, etc). The pool is lovely. Lots of wildlife in the yard, especially birds. We really appreciated Kristy’s excellent communication and hope to return sooner than later.
