Come check out all of our amenities - Cafe/Bar, Gift Shop, Adult Pool, Updated Splash Pad, Pickle Ball Courts, Grilling Pavillion, Putting Green, Lazy River & Slide, Large Indoor Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, etc. This beachfront unit at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) sleeps 10. Master suite with King-size bed, large flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD w/ Smart features (Netflix) Large walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, w/ double vanity. Second Bedroom has two queen beds and has a large flat screen TV, DVD Blue-Ray with Smart features as well as private bath with shower/tub combination. Third Bedroom has a King-size bed, large TV, Blue-Ray DVD player with Smart feature. private bath with Shower/tub combination. All beds are plush and have memory foam pillows.
Queen sized Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Additional Full Bath in the hall - complete with shower. Full Laundry room- with Washer/dryer ironing board/iron. Unit has a wet bar with ice machine, variety of glasses and a blender. Living room set up with sofa sleeper, two large chairs with ottomans, and a round day chair that swivels. Furniture is very comfortable, perfect for laying around after day on beach.Dining room, set up with six chairs and beautiful table, additional seating at kitchen counter (bar) with three additional stools.Kitchen is fully equipment with modern appliances: Stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots, crock-pot, and large Stainless Steel refrigerator. Patio- beautiful view of blue water, and white sandy beaches, patio furniture includes table, six chairs and chaise lounge chair.
Unit is clean, comfortable, and casual. We outfitted the unit with everything that we have found we needed when we vacation. The complex has a lazy river, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center, a putting green, tennis & pickle ball courts, arcade area and grills for BBQing, etc. Something for everyone. In addition to these great amenities, coming in the late Spring of 2024, there will be a Café & Bar, an improved splash pad, an adult pool, a Pavilion and outdoor game area. Owners also are renting the 4 bedroom unit next door if your party is much larger and needs 2 condos - VRBO 1941654). Guests receive a 10% discount if they book both units no matter the length of stay.

Spacious and comfortable

Wonderful place to live for a week. View overlooked the beach, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfortable, everyone had a bathroom with a shower. Couldn't ask for more.

Great overall family vacation stay.

Great location easy beach access and family friendly. Only complaint I would have is the elevator situation especially at check in/out times. But overall it was a great stay would stay again.

This unit is gorgeous. Super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is plush and beautiful. The owner was great to work with. We’d stay here again for sure!

There were a couple of things that need improvement! The elevators are awful on Saturday's...we waited with two little ones for WAY too long to try and get an elevator. The Wi-Fi is horrible!!

Great vacation.

The property was excellent. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything anyone needed. Would have loved a K cup coffee machine but it did have a regular coffee machine. Needed a few things fixed which the owner had fixed immediately .Needed a few more handicap parking on each floor.

Great place for family and friends

I could not be more pleased with this unit. There was plenty of room for 9 of us, and then some!! We had such a great time and will definitely be REPEAT vacationers with these owners. I will be recommending them to everyone looking to have a wonderful stay at the beach. It really was like being at home away from home + all the extra amenities (lazy river, slide) the kids & adults could enjoy! Thank you again for letting us enjoy your condo this summer. I hope to be back soon for more fun in the sun!

Spring break with the family

The condo unit was absolutely beautiful! The pictures describe it accurately and it's even better in person. There was 4 adults and 3 children and we felt like we have plenty of room. The only challenge we had was with the building elevators. It was often a long wait getting up from the beach during peak times. We learned to work around it and greatly enjoyed our stay.

Parking Pass

We loved our stay! It was absolutely amazing!!!! But if I could change one thing, I think that the 3 bedroom condos need 3 parking passes instead of 2. I tried to purchase an extra one at check in but there wasn’t one available; so one of our guest parked at the Walmart parking lot, assuming he was safe , but his vehicle was towed.

Fantastic vacation

This property was perfect for our group of nine. Just enough room, but not too big. Views from the unit are spectacular! Property offers plenty of amenities and is close to area attractions. Only minor complaint is that the Phoenix West 2 has a less than ideal elevator situation. At peak times elevators are difficult to catch. Nevertheless a great unit and would recommend. Property owners are great to deal with also.

Workaholics on Vacation

This rental property was as beautiful, spacious, and clean as the pictures on the site. We had a wonderful time and plenty of space so no one was on top of one another. Even with the bad weather we had on our first day there, the kids were able to take their board games and toys out on the floor to play since they couldn't use the pool. The owner was very helpful and prompt with answering all questions we had. Evidently they listen to these reviews because some of the issues past guest have had were rectified. The facility itself was great even on the crowded Labor Day weekend. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and will be making another trip back next summer. Thanks for allowing a couple of workaholics the opportunity to finally kickback and relax for once :-)

The Perfect Family Retreat - Spring Break 2019

First, the owners were amazing! Communication was prompt and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. The resort itself was clean, beautiful, and run perfectly. We arrived to a security/help desk, unloaded our car, and unpacked to start our week at the Phoenix. The unit was breathtaking, 3 big rooms, awesome kitchen with everything needed, clean, and stunning view of the ocean. While the weather was not as we wished for, the Phoenix gave us plenty of options to not be held back from fun. With in indoor pool and hot tubs, the kids found plenty of water activities, great options to check out tennis rackets, corn hole bags, and basketballs. To sum it up, the only thing we would change, is to add another week. There were 7 of us, 2 adults, and 5 kids, ranging from 7 - 15. We were fortunate to have stayed in the unit we did, and hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful Trip! Look no further than this condo if you have small children…it's perfect!

We got home today from another wonderful trip to Orange Beach. It was our first time staying at Phoenix West II and it did not disappoint. The condo was super clean , beds were very comfortable (and again…so clean), and it just felt like home. We have 3 small children (5, 3 and 2), and it really was the perfect place for us. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of blankets and pillows, and loved the Blu-Ray players in the bedrooms. The beach was beautiful of course. We also spent a good amount of time in the lazy river, and indoor pool/hot tubs. While our 5 year old went down the water slide over and over, it was nice that the 2 smaller ones could play in the splash pad. We take a trip to Orange Beach every year, and would love to book this condo again. We tried 2 new restaurants this year…Fiddlesticks and Cosmos. Both were delicious and we would definitely recommend them! Also, the owners were super nice and quick to respond to all of emails. We really appreciated everything you had waiting for us in your beautiful place. Thanks so much!

Nice condo but poor customer service with owner

If you’re looking for a property and the amenities actually being available for you OR an owner who will at least communicate and work with you when they aren’t is important... keep looking past this one. The condo itself was great. But imagine this... you spend hours looking at properties to find the best one to suit the whole family. An indoor pool during off season was an absolute must. We’re a middle income family and we worked and saved to take our first family vacation. The trip finally comes. You drive 16 hours with a 6 year old little girl who can’t wait to swim every day for 5 days. You check in and guess what? The indoor pool is going to be closed for your whole stay and the fitness center (another must) was going to be closed in 2 days. I tried to call the owner right away. No answer. The sign says the pool had already been closed a week. I received other emails from the owner that week but nothing about the pool being closed. You can’t tell me an owner isn’t notified well in advance by management. He replies and says he didn’t know and the maintenance was unavoidable. I get that maintenance has to be done but what was disappointing was the way the owner handled it. No warning. No compensation. I asked if he could check into us at least using another property’s indoor pool for a day or 2. He said he would try and we didn’t hear one word from him the rest of our stay. No offers for any kind of discount or reimbursement. Nada. We paid for amenities in his asking price and didn’t have access to them. Buddy... your business card you left in the condo indicates you own TWO properties in the Phoenix West 2. The whole property was a ghost town so you were going to make money off us regardless. You couldn’t offer a couple hundred bucks discount so we could use it towards activities to keep our little girl happy? Disappointing for sure.

We enjoyed spending two months in your condo. Everything that we needed was there and then some. The view was amazing to wake up to every day.

We like it so much we decided to invest in several units, and being The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) has wonderful amenities it was a no brainer. We love the area, the people and most of all the beaches.
