Life at the beach is relaxed and laid-back, and your accommodations should be as well! Hammock Carriage House offers the perfect place to rest your head after a long day spent at the beach. Retire to this lovely abode for a peaceful night's sleep in a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Located a short stroll from the Sky and Cabana Pools and minutes from the town square, this studio home is quaintly furnished with a king bed and comfortable sleeper-sofa. It also features a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, four-burner, flat-top stove and a dishwasher. A spacious white bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination is located just off the main room. You’ll also find a separate closet area with a stackable washer and dryer just behind the bathroom.

Hammock Carriage House is bright and cheerful with an abundance of windows and a small standing balcony just off the living area. It is decorated beautifully with mixed wood furniture, white linens and pops of color throughout. Wainscot lines the walls and gives the home a polished and sophisticated air.

If you’re looking to getaway for a few days in a quiet and lovely home, look no further than Hammock Carriage House. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped out of the real world into a place of leisure and ease. Just pack your bags and we’ll take care of the “R&R!”

I had a wonderful experience and overall recommend it. The location is excellent with walking distance to the center and the beach. The apartment is as advertised with good storage, good working kitchen, and overall very clean. It is charming. It is an older apartment with older appliances, but they work. The kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast or dinner. Few thing you have to remember: it did not have cooking basics like some apartments do - salt and pepper for example, and there were no beach chairs so I bought one at Walmart. There is a beach chair/ umbrella rental service but it is costly with 85 per day. There is a complementary bike service, which was great for moving around.

This home was exactly as shown. There is plenty of room to store your toiletries and belongings. It was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. It did come with bike rental but we did not use them. It was a real plus to have a parking spot.

The Hammock Carriage House was perfect for my family! It was our first vacation with our 4 month old, and we were so thankful for the quick communication we had with the host. The location was amazing - we were comfortable walking each day to the shops and restaurants for our morning coffee, and the beach was truly just a few minutes away. We loved getting to explore the area and we didn’t have to use our car at all - it stayed parked in the convenient garage provided to us. All of the instructions and guide were so helpful. Thanks to the host, we got front row tents on the beach every day and loved getting to relax by the waves with our baby. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Anniversary getaway

Perfect location, walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. The unit was clean and well stocked, also had the largest bathroom space of all the carriage houses we’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!

This cute cottage guest house was prefect for a weekend getaway!! The location was amazing!The property managers were so easy to work with and communicated quickly and clearly! I would 100% stay there again, and look forward to coming back!

Book this VRBO!

My husband and I stayed here during the 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, and close to everything that we needed - we honestly could not ask for more. We also enjoyed the bikes beach access that we were given. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Cute cottage, perfect location

We loved our stay here. Perfect size for two. Neighborhood is lovely, just a quick walk to all the shops and beach. This cottage does share a driveway and courtyard with the Vrbo a foot behind this one, but that wasn’t a problem.

Fantastic place and experience!

I took my wife here for our 13th anniversary and we had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay there! Everything about the carriage house worked great, and Rosemary Beach is absolutely fantastic.

Great location!

Convenient location! Close to town center dining and shops, and a short walk to the cabana pool! The carriage house had all of the needed amenities for a short stay!

Fantastic time at Rosemary Beach!

We really enjoyed this rental property. It was perfect for our family of four (3 year old and 7 year old). We could walk and ride our bikes everywhere and nothing was too far away. We had the BEST time!

Perfect location

We love Rosemary Beach and loved our stay. It was the perfect location to bike and walk to dinner. We were celebrating our June wedding and a little R&R was much needed! The mattress needs updating as it slept like a pullout couch, but the location was a dream.

Great Location!

My wife and I loved this place! The location was great. We rode bikes or walked to downtown and the beach. Super easy! The communication with the property manager was also very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Charming place for 2

The carriage house was charming and the perfect place to stay for my daughter and I. Walking distance to everything and we enjoyed the beach, pools and live music in the square at night. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was amazing. Having the garage for the car and beach gear was a total plus. Can’t wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
