Hammock Carriage House - Right Next to the Town Center and Two Pools!!

Life at the beach is relaxed and laid-back, and your accommodations should be as well! Hammock Carriage House offers the perfect place to rest your head after a long day spent at the beach. Retire to this lovely abode for a peaceful night's sleep in a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Located a short stroll from the Sky and Cabana Pools and minutes from the town square, this studio home is quaintly furnished with a king bed and comfortable sleeper-sofa. It also features a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, four-burner, flat-top stove and a dishwasher. A spacious white bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination is located just off the main room. You’ll also find a separate closet area with a stackable washer and dryer just behind the bathroom.

Hammock Carriage House is bright and cheerful with an abundance of windows and a small standing balcony just off the living area. It is decorated beautifully with mixed wood furniture, white linens and pops of color throughout. Wainscot lines the walls and gives the home a polished and sophisticated air.

If you’re looking to getaway for a few days in a quiet and lovely home, look no further than Hammock Carriage House. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped out of the real world into a place of leisure and ease. Just pack your bags and we’ll take care of the “R and R!”

Wedding Weekend

This carriage house was very conveniently located to the Rosemary town center. It was helpful to have a parking space in the garage since parking on the streets in Rosemary can be very difficult to find a spot.

With plenty of nearby, community pools, and a short bike ride to the beach we loved our stay.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also!The hammock house itself was clean, neat and provided of what we needed. we used the complementary beach cruiser bikes every day so that was a huge plus for us! There were also some beach items in the garage that we used while on the beach and that was also super nice!Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% recommend and plan a trip back.

Quiet post season get away for 2 grandparents

Quiet, clean, comfortable, well appointed carriage house. Dave and Amber were great communicators. And addressed any concerns but there were none.

Great Location!

My wife and I loved this place! The location was great. We rode bikes or walked to downtown and the beach. Super easy! The communication with the property manager was also very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

Perfect location

We love Rosemary Beach and loved our stay. It was the perfect location to bike and walk to dinner. We were celebrating our June wedding and a little R&R was much needed! The mattress needs updating as it slept like a pullout couch, but the location was a dream.

Had a great getaway!

From the minute I arrived, I knew it was perfect!! The cottage was within walking distance of my favorite restaurants and shopping. Extremely easy to navigate. The property had just had a makeover and it was all in perfect working order and a terrific place to stay. Beach access was a dream. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at the Hammock Carriage House

My husband and I just returned from a lovely week at the Hammock Carriage House. The studio had great space for the two of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the ample storage that was available for our use in the closet and bathroom. The location in Rosemary Beach is fantastic - close to two of the pools and the town center. We took full advantage of the two bikes that were provided and enjoyed walking or riding everywhere. We found the communication with the Management Company to be outstanding - they were quick to answer any questions we had. This is a wonderful place for two people to stay!!

Quaint Get A Way

As all other reviewers indicated, walkable to the downtown, pools and the beach. Two bikes come with the rental which we used to bike around the town and other towns nearby. I would highly recommend this rental and the area to any friends or relatives. We will be back!!!

Relaxing ,close to town ,very enjoyable .

Perfect location Few hiccups which my husband mentioned in email to you all. Could use a little more bowls etc We did eat out but also ate at home for some meals and I didn’t like using dishwasher not full etc Very pleased with your stay I knew the size so was prepared for that Plenty of towels etc

Wonderful abode and excellent location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like a health resort playground for adults. My wife and I enjoyed all the exercise, healthy foods and amenities available. The 2.3 mile walking trail through all of rosemary was relaxing and capped with an Amavida coffee every morning. We were early to bed every night but were tempted by the adult night swim which is available until 9p at the partially enclosed pool. We'll be back!

Charming place for 2

The carriage house was charming and the perfect place to stay for my daughter and I. Walking distance to everything and we enjoyed the beach, pools and live music in the square at night. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was amazing. Having the garage for the car and beach gear was a total plus. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Couple Getaway

This Carriage house was spectacular. My wife and I loved the place. Walking distance to the pools, shops, dining, and beach. Perfect size for the 2 of us. We did opt to go to Inlet beach for a less crowded experience on one day. We loved Rosemary beach and the short walk to Crabby Steve’s from our beach chair location. Fantastic food and bar experience. We did not use the bikes included. We walked everywhere we wanted in Rosemary and Seacrest. Fantastic communication from property manager. Would recommend to couples.

Great Place for a Couple

Check in/check out process was very easy and the place was great. Very quiet and quaint while being a short walk/bike ride to the middle of Rosemary Beach. Pools are all within a 5 minute bike ride (one is only a couple minutes walk). Beach is also just a few minute bike ride. Property was clean. Would highly recommend.
